The way this was shown to me, the trunk represents your core belief; in this case, your belief in your happiness and your ability to give yourself happiness and feel good. The stronger that belief, the larger the trunk of the tree. Obviously, if your belief is not that strong, then the trunk of your ‘tree of good feeling’ will be correspondingly small and slight. Now even with a small tree, you can still find your way to happiness, but it won’t be as plentiful as with a big tree, and you won’t feel it as intensely and abundantly.

What you want to do is to get your level of belief in yourself and your happiness so strong, that you have a continuously larger and larger trunk. When this happens, you will have more and more branches. Each branch representing another circumstance of your happiness. One branch is your job, lets say, and each successive branching off this main branch shows you the different types of good feelings you get from your job. There’s the “I like my job” branch, then the “I like and enjoy my co-workers” branch, and so on. You get the idea.

By looking at the separate, yet combined and attached, branches of each aspect of your life, you can begin to see how you can create new branches of happiness at will, by looking where each branch takes you and adding on new branches as you find the new happiness there. I see this as a great way of showing yourself the abundance of happiness you actually do have in your life, and by looking at it in this way, you then bring in even more happiness in all ways.

You can use this imagery for any aspect of your life to see how abundant that aspect is. Use it to see how much love is in your life at this moment, and how much peace, and joy, and well-being, and prosperity. Anything and everything can be applied to this process and you’ll get immediate understanding of where you are at with each of them. May your Tree be evergreen in all ways. =)

What you are wanting to do here is to remember that you are one with Divine Source Energy. Because you are one with all that is, and as an aspect of Source, you have the abilities of Divine Source Energy as well. With that in mind, here are some examples of how to use this knowing in an affirmation:

Because Divine Source Energy only knows love,
I only know love.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows happiness,
I only know happiness.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows peace,
I only know peace.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows complete health,
I only know complete health.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows joy and freedom,
I only know joy and freedom.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows prosperity and abundance on all levels,
I only know prosperity and abundance on all levels.

Because Divine Source Energy only knows vibrational alignment with its desires,
I only know vibrational alignment with my desires.

Now add your own and really play with this. I have dozens and dozens so far, and more on the way as I think of new ones to say every day. The more you say these types of affirmations, either out loud or to yourself, the more you will begin to really feel them working. The ones I have listed are examples, and I listed them as they came to me. If they work for you, great! If not, then change the wording and the structure to suit what feels best to you.

Combine these with the Morning Affirmations I posted the other day, and the Personalized Affirmation sets and you are giving yourself a real boost of energy and positive thought. As always, make sure you’re grounded first, so that the affirmations can have a fuller effect. =)

You can use this blessing at anytime really, but it is particularly good to use at the end of something. A job, a committment, a relationship, a project, whatever. This will help you to let go of what has ended and to bring back to you your energy that you have used or given away during the process. Simply substitute “old year”/”2009″ with whatever you are releasing. This is best done from a meditative state. Look with your inner sight at the object of release, and say…

Hello, old year of 2009. I see that it is time for you and I to part. In my minds eye, I look back and I see all that you and I accomplished together, and I am grateful for those things. I see all that you and I did not accomplish, and I am grateful for the lessons of those things.

So mote it be!

Great and Eternal mystery, Great Spirit; God, Goddess, All that is; The Infinite Radiant Is. I thank you for this light and this life. For this beauty way. I thank you for this season of deep contemplation, reflection and retrospection. It is this time of season that offers us the opportunity to grow inwardly as we await the coming of the outward growth of Spring.

In this time of the short day and the long night, I give thanks for all that I have achieved this past year, and all that I will achieve in the new one. I offer up prayers and blessings of gratitude, and thanksgiving for the lessons I have learned; the relations of all varieties I have helped, and that have helped me to grow.

I thank you for this time of stillness so that I can once again hear my heart beat in time with the true rhythm of the Universe.

Seriousness is the leading cause of everything from Cancer to Reincarnation. Scientists have already discovered a new source of healing this condition. It is a psychic energy point located between the heart chakra and the throat chakra.

It is called the Clown Chakra.

If people are feeling miserable, if they have financial problems, if their relationship situation is the pits, if they are in ill health, if they have a need to sue people, if they find fault with their brother, then obviously, their Clown Chakra is closed.

When this happens, the scientists have observed under a high-powered microscope that the cells of every organ display a sad face, and when the Clown Chakra is open and functioning normally, the cells display a happy face.

The scientists realized that if a person is ill, it is because his mind has projected guilt onto the cells of his body and has forced out the love that is normally found within each cell of the body. The cells are therefore saying, “I Lack Love,” or “ILL” for short. The scientists also discovered that all disease is due to the fact that the cells are out of ease or dis-eased.

When the Clown Chakra is opened and working (or rather, playing) properly, the psychic mechanism sucks up misery, pain, anger, resentment, grievances, unhappiness, etc., and converts the energy into tiny red heart-shaped balloons.

The red heart-shaped balloons contain Love and Joy. These balloons are directed to the dis-eased cell or situation, and a happy face appears instantly. When the light enters the darkness, the darkness is gone. Sometimes these red heart-shaped balloons are called endorphins, due to the fact that when anyone experiences them, the feeling of separation ends. They experience being back home with All That Is. Hence they are no longer an orphan. This is the well-known end-orphan effect.

So, if you think someone is attacking you, Clown Scientists recommend that you visualize sending that person red heart-shaped balloons filled with Love and Joy.

Remember to always keep your Clown Chakra open… and remember to keep laughing.

“The first thing that happens in any creative process, whether that process is designed to manifest something in your life or to change something in your life, is that a decision has to be made. You have to decide what you want, or want to change. This decision includes the parameters of what the change/creation will look like, feel like, etc. Nothing happens until you decide you want it to happen. Once you’ve made the decision and decided what the specifics of it are, then you can move on to the second step.

The next part of this process is belief. You have to believe many things in order to achieve what you’ve decided you want. You have to believe, first and foremost, that it’s possible. If you don’t believe it’s possible to have what you want, all the decisions in the world will not make it so. Secondly, you have to believe it’s ok to have what you want. You can believe it’s possible to have it, but if it’s not ok for you to have it, it’ll never happen. This includes believing that you deserve what you want. This is you giving yourself permission to have.

Then you have to believe that you can have what you want easily and cleanly. You can believe it’s ok to have it and that it’s possible to have it and that you deserve to have it, but if you believe you have to struggle to get it or that it’s hard to achieve, then it’ll take forever to get it and you’ll wish you hadn’t decided you wanted that particular thing, because of all the hassle and grief you went through to get it.

Lastly, once you’ve made the decision, and you’ve gotten your beliefs about it in order, you have to be willing to allow yourself to have it. Without the willingness to change, or the willingness to let yourself have what you want, you will throw up huge resistances to achieving it. This is where the fun begins, because now you get to look inside yourself and see what is blocking you from being willing to have what you want. What form is the fear inside you taking that is causing the blockage?

I’ve seen this over and over again in my healing clients, as they go through the process of deciding and believing and then not manifesting because they were not willing to either have what they want, or to let go of something they are holding onto that no longer serves them, or both. Once you can clean that up, and using C.E.M. will help you do just that, then you can be willing to allow yourself to have more and more of what you truly want and to make any and all changes that you’ve been wanting to make.”

It may take some time and some practice, but once you’ve gotten it down, you’ll become unstoppable in manifesting anything and everything that you want. So…

Make the Decision,
Have the Belief,
Be Willing to allow it,
