Your Declaration of Financial Independence – Part 2

I’ve been getting some really wonderful and positive feedback from you all about the Declaration of Financial Independence post that I put up in January. Because of this, I decided to create a meditation, using the words from the Declaration and a theta metronome. This is a 20 minute meditation, with the metronome starting out first by fading in, then my voice coming in about 45 seconds from the start saying the complete Declaration. I did this to give you a few seconds to allow your brain to get into the theta rhythm by itself without any other influence.

The Declaration is repeated 9 times over the 20 minutes, then the metronome plays by itself for one minute, slowly fading out to silence. I recommend that you listen to this at least once a day, and to keep up with your schedule of reading the Declaration 3 times a day. Between the theta metronome, and my voice repeating the words over and over, you will really amp up your vibration for prosperity and financial independence.

Because I am using a metronome instead of a brainwave binaural beat to induce the theta state, you can use headphones, or your PC’s speakers. Either one will produce the same results. The theta state is from around 4 to 7 brainwave cycles per second, and is the state associated with deep relaxation, increased creativity and intuition, expanded learning and problem solving, it gives a boost to the immune system and helps with long term memory, along with the ability to program your unconscious mind.

As with any meditation, find a time when you will not be disturbed for at least 25 minutes, so that you can prepare before the meditation, and have some time after the meditation to return to your alpha brainwave pattern. Sit in a comfortable position, make sure you are grounded and in the center of your head. Start the track and relax with your hands on your legs, with your palms up. If you want, you can include a simple mudhra (a hand position used by many Eastern philosophies and religions) by connecting your thumb and middle finger at the tips.

While listening to the metronome, breathe easily and deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. Don’t focus on the words being spoken. Instead listen for the spaces of silence in between the theta beeps. Hear the metronome in the center of your head, and allow yourself to become aware of the spaces of silence. This is a focusing tool that will help reduce the “mind chatter” that sometimes comes up when meditating.

And now, your Declaration of Financial Independence meditation…

“Deep Cleansing Breaths” Releasing Method

I thought this would be an appropriate day and time in our lives, and in our history, to share this particular method of release, seeing as we all have much to release and let go of, individually and as a people.

Today I am going to talk with you about a releasing method that is quick, easy and can be done practically anywhere. What are you going to release? Whatever you want to, basically. Definitely whatever no longer serves you. Only you can make that decision, so I’m going to keep it general in that department. This method can be done standing or seated, whichever is most comfortable for you, and either inside or outside. Whereever and whenever you can do this is good as long as you have about 2 to 5 minutes to yourself. Yes, it’s that quick. 😉

You begin by closing your eyes and as neutrally as possible, look at the emotion or situation you want to release. If you are sitting, sit with your arms on your legs, palms up. If you are standing, start with your arms loosely at your sides.

Now, breathe in deeply, easily and slowly through your nose. As you fill your lungs up with life giving air, say this Stuart Wilde affirmation to yourself:

“I am the power. I pull from within me the energy I need to go beyond my challenges.”

Visualize your inner energy rising up within you as you breathe in and say the affirmation. See it filling your entire being with positivity and light. At the top of the breath, hold it for just a moment, then again slowly and easily, let your breath out through your mouth and say my release affirmation to yourself:

“I now lovingly release and let go of (insert what you wish to release) cleanly and easily.”

As you let your breath out, see whatever it is that you are releasing as going down your grounding cord, all the way to the center of the Earth. At the bottom of the breath, hold it for just a moment and then begin the process again. Do this three times and then relax and breathe normally for a moment or two.

This is when I incorporate an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tap to help your body release even deeper. With the first three fingers of your dominant hand and using the finger tips, tap what’s called the “karate chop” point (it’s on the outside of your hand, just below the last pinkie knuckle) on your other hand, while saying the following:

“Even though I’m feeling (insert how you feel about the situation, or whatever the emotion that you want to release), I deeply and completely love and forgive myself.”

Do this three times as well and continue to tap as you say it. You don’t need to tap fast, or hard; a steady rhythm works best. Once you’ve completed this three times, again, just relax and breathe easy. If you have the time and really want to let go, then do this whole process three times in one session. So that would be Breathing – Tapping – Breathing – Tapping – Breathing – Tapping.

The power of doing things three times is an ancient magical practice. One of the old magic sayings was “Thrice spoken, Once fulfilled”.

By using this releasing method, you are consciously letting go emotionally, mentally and physically of those things that no longer serve you or work for you at this time. I hope you find this method as easy to use as I do, and please let me know if you have any questions about it.

Brightest Blessings to you all on this historic day!
