A Thanksgiving Prayer

aHo! Mitakuye Oyasin! Wakan Tanka! Tunkashila!

Great and Eternal Mystery! Great Spirit!

I come to you in this humble way to offer my gratitude and thanks for this light and this life. This beauty way.

And so I pray…

We give thanks to our mother, the Earth, who holds us gently in her arms and sustains us.
We give thanks to father Sky, who brings us the rain that fills the rivers and streams, which supply us with water.
We give thanks to all the plant nation people. The herbs, which furnish medicines for the cure of our diseases. The corn, and to her sisters, the beans and squash, which give us life. The bushes and trees, which provide us with fruit.
We give thanks to the wind, which moves fresh clean air to us.
We gives thanks to the Moon, Grandmother Nissa, and the star nation people, which give us their light when the sun is gone.
We give thanks to Grandfather Sun, that he has looked upon the earth with a beneficent eye and brought warmth and light.
Lastly, we give thanks to Great Spirit in whom is embodied all goodness, all life and all love.

In Love, Gratitude and Great Thanksgiving! Wastelo!

Welcome To The Second Level: Part 1

So, what do I mean when I say “Second Level”? In my view, we live in a dimension where we have to deal with “duality” in every aspect of our lives. Numerologically speaking, this duality is represented by the number two, hence the term “Second Level”.

Duality is the prime mover of this particular existence. Up or down, in or out, good or bad, male or female, etc. We are in a constant state of choice and choosing. This can, and does, lead some people into another state: Confusion. This is caused by one thing and one thing only. Asking questions. “What do I do?” “Which way should I go?” “How will this turn out?” So should we stop asking questions? Not at all. If we did that, nothing would get accomplished. Questions and questioning, for the most part, are necessary and valid to go through this life. Certain things require answers and if you don’t ask, you’ll never find out. That said, some things that we as humans question puts us immediately into the confused state. It’s not the questioning itself, as it is the actual question; where we are asking it from and how we ask it.

Through my various metaphysical trainings and my work as a healer, I’ve found that there are two things (duality strikes again) that will help you to eliminate this confusion. Once you understand both of these concepts, you can live a more confusion-free life.

Stop Asking Questions

Again, I don’t mean you need to stop asking mundane, everyday informational questions (“What time is the meeting?”), but it will serve you greatly if you can stop asking “emotional” questions. These questions are almost always based in some form of fear, and because we “don’t know” the answer, we get confused, which leads to worry, which leads to fearfulness and even panic in extreme cases.  If you can clear your mind of the emotion around the questions and not ask them from an emotional base, but instead ask them from spirit, or your higher consciousness, you’ll be surprised at how easily the answers actually come to you. By pulling the emotion out of the question, you are eliminating the possibility of fear overriding you and throwing you into confusion.

There Are Only Two Things That Are Going To Happen…

More Duality! One of the many lessons that my teacher, mentor, and friend Stuart Wilde taught me was that there are only “two things” that will ever happen in any situation, no matter what that situation is: It either will, or it won’t. At first blush, this sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised how many people hear that, and go “Oh! I get it now.” Some people don’t require an explanation, while others will ask “What the hell does that mean?”

Here then is the explanation of what it all means. The basic statement is based on observed behaviour. No matter what or who is involved in any given situation, they/ it/ him/ her/ whatever, either “will” or they “will not”. She will either marry him, or not. They will either give you the job, or not. Again, on the emotional side of this, you have worry, and alot of fear. Thoughts like “Oh my God, I don’t know!” “How will they react?” “What will they do??” This worry causes a great deal of stress that is unnecessary. We spend an amazing amount of time in our lives “worrying”, especially about these types of questions.

One of the biggest games we humans play against ourselves is the “what if” game. People have literally driven themselves over the edge playing this one. It’s the idea of not knowing that causes such pain and anxiety. The thing is, we do know. The time spent worrying can most definitely be put to better use. So by stopping yourself when you feel the confusion coming on, getting grounded, and really thinking about it calmly and remembering that there are ony two things that can happen, you can now begin to release the need to worry about it. We can now step away from the “fear” of not knowing and look at each situation and instead of freaking out, we can prepare for either outcome. Once you’ve gotten it into your psyche that only two things can happen, the stress and the worry can be removed, and you’ll stay more grounded and centered.

So, the next time you feel yourself getting into a panic because you don’t know what’s going to happen in a given situation, just remember to ask the question from your spiritual center and not from your emotions, and to remember that it either will, or it won’t. 😉

In my next post, I want to talk with you more about duality. In particular, about the two main emotions of this life.

Till then, deep peace to you.

Balancing the Spiritual and the Physical: A Beginning Guide

One thing that I have found while working with my healing clients over the years, is the similarity of experiences that each of us goes through when we discover metaphysics and start looking at our own inner spirituality for the first time. Most people begin to feel like “reality” is slipping away. There’s a sensation of moving between worlds. Often times, people get completely ungrounded which in turn causes them to lose touch with their physical selves. Then comes the time when each persons “spiritual journey” or “reason for being” comes into focus, and the sensation can become very surreal.

Coping with fundamentals such as breathing and “remembering” our day-to-day necessities while balancing between these apparently divergent experiences until each of us can blend them together appears to be quite the accomplishment. One thing that I see occurring often is people tend to want to stay with the new, spiritual experience because of the feelings of lightness, oneness and rightness that are felt in that state. The “Everyday World” seems heavy, dull and much less important. I’ve watched people at times ignore even some of the most basic of necessities because of the “bliss” that they are feeling.

The Spiritual Path feels like walking amongst the clouds. You can allow yourself to be totally in awe of spirituality. And because of its alluring influence, it is easy to understand why we prefer to be there. Unfortunately, this can lead to disaster if you are not properly grounded. The two must be held in balance for anything to get accomplished and for us to progress on both paths.

The following are just a few methods that will help you to maintain your integrity and balance while fulfilling your goals, both mundane and spiritual:

Maintain Your Money.

My friend Stuart Wilde used to say, “You can meditate all day on top of the mountain, but you have to come down into the “market place” to interact with others to create wealth.” If you depend strictly on spirit to “do for you”, you tend to stop taking the required actions to produce income and sooner than later, the money’s gone. It’s like I used to tell people when I worked in the Casino business: “You can’t win if you don’t bet!” You simply have to put yourself in the places and situations where you can create the money you need, first of all to survive, and then second of all, to be able to continue having these wonderful spiritual experiences. Going to metaphysical sites, or seminars or getting the books you want require money, so make sure you have what you need and then get more so that you can get what you want as well.

The other reason for wanting to maintain your balance in the “market place” and with your money is that then you attract the people who can help you, and they will show up at the right place and time. It’s amazing how many people believe that since they’ve found their “path”, that the money they need will simply find them. While this does happen on occasion, it is definitely not the norm. That said you will find that it’s a lot easier to manifest what you need, as long as you maintain the actions required. This is, as we were taught at Berkeley Psychic Institute, known as a “Growth Period.” This means it will take lots of action, both mentally and spiritually, to remain focused and present. This leads right into the next method, which is…

Goal Setting.

As I just said, creating what we need and want requires action. Getting lost in the joy and oneness of our spiritual path, it’s easy to lose focus and to set aside the actions needed to accomplish our goals. You want to complete each action with as much positivity and willingness as possible. Richard Bach, in his beautiful novel “Illusions” said it this way. “The more I want to get something done, the less I call it work”. This is what I mean about being “willing”. You have to be willing to set your goals down. You have to be willing to change them as necessary. You have to be willing, most importantly of all, to follow them. Life seems to be a little (or a lot) on the rough and tumble side? Then ask “source energy” or the “God Force”, or (insert the ‘deity’ of your choice) to make it easier. Ask that your steps be made lighter.

My favorite phrase to use in situations like this is to say [Your Goal You Want Completed] “Quickly, Cleanly and Easily”. Now, you have to be awake and aware and open to the possibilities that “source” may bring to you. It may not look like what you envisioned at first, but that doesn’t mean it’s not just the thing you need to complete the goal. Allow it to be for your highest and best, and watch as the “infinite wisdom” sends you the answers you need.

Allow Yourself To Receive.

You have to be able to give to yourself. If you can’t allow yourself to have, or give to yourself freely, then that energy you are putting out will keep you from attracting anything you want. None of your goals will get finished or accomplished if you don’t feel you “deserve” the finished product. I have found many people have a misconception about spirituality and money. They think that money is not spiritual, and therefore they shun it and considered it beneath them. Well, if we lived in a society where money was not the means of exchange, then I might agree with them, however… Remember, that’s all money is. A means of energy exchange. My cash in exchange for your product or service. We need it to survive. We need it to thrive! It’s perfectly ok to give to yourself, and it’s perfectly ok to allow yourself to have ANYTHING YOU WANT! You have my, and the universes, permission on that. 😉

One of the best ways I’ve found to help people with receiving issues is for them to give to others. By giving to others, either monetarily or with their time and talent, they see first hand how others receiving their gifts are better for it. In turn, those people give to others and so on. The energy must flow continuously. If you refuse to accept it, it will simply by-pass you completely. This goes for accepting money for services rendered. Many of my fellow healers and psychics have been caught up in the idea that they should not charge for what they do. By doing that, they are, unconsciously, stopping the flow. There has to be an energy exchange. Before the advent of money, people bartered for what they needed. So what’s different now? Nothing. On an energy level, it’s exactly the same, we’re just using a different object to barter with. This level of energy bring us to…

Taking Care Of Yourself and Others.

By taking care of your family, your pets, others in your life and yourself, you put out the energy of helpfulness, confidence and trust. Believe me, this energy gets returned to you many-fold. What’s the best way to take care of yourself and those around you? With Love. Love yourself. Love your family and friends. Love who you are and who they are. Love is by far the most powerful feeling/emotion/expression/energy there is. When you express Love, negativity and fear cannot stand against it. When you are using the energy of Love, you are taking care of yourself and everyone else with the highest vibration possible. From that energy, all things are possible. Along with this energy/emotion, include physical activity to maintain your body in good form.

To really have fun with this, feel the Love energy flow through you as you perform whatever activity you’ve chosen. Imagine feeling Love and gratitude while mowing the lawn, doing the dishes, playing a game of basketball or any other sport. Feel the Joy of the activity and how your body responds positively when you feel positive and joyful. Chores will never be dull and boring again! You will find renewed physical energy when you are coming from Love. Everyday projects become fun and inspiring. Your creativity will increase dramatically, because you are not coming from drudgery, resistance and fear. An added benefit I’ve seen many times over is that the “work” gets done much faster and much more efficiently. You also feel better before, during and after. This is a great way of taking care of yourself.

I hope you have found these methods helpful in creating a more spiritual, yet grounded life. Be sure to read my article on Grounding to get the technique for that down, and don’t hesitate to ask me any questions you may have in the comment section.

Blessed Be!

The Power To Change Is In Your Hands

Most people stop themselves from accomplishing and achieving what they would really like and want to do in life mainly because they do not have the belief in themselves that they can make the changes necessary. Typically, these are the people that say words like “I can’t” and “if only”. It is not often that they realize that they are the ones that have the power within themselves to achieve anything they desire, if they are only willing to change themselves.

Typically, people think that change is completely beyond their control and so they feel totally powerless to do anything that can change the situation they find themselves in. However by changing ourselves and our outlook on life, we then begin to take charge of our lives and make the changes needed. By changing how you think and feel about yourself and your circumstances, you give yourself the power to change your life to the one you want. One where everything is possible and is within easy reach. Here are a couple of simple methods to get you started in making the changes you want.

What is it that you want from life?

The very first step to changing your life is to decide what it is exactly that you want to change in yourself and/or your life. Is there some particular aspect in your life that you want to change? Is there something about you as a person you feel needs changing? You need to write down specifically what it is that you wish to change, making as complete a list of everything that you aren’t happy about as possible, and the changes you believe you need to make.

Get out a legal size sheet of paper, and make two headlines at the top. Mark the first one on the upper left as “Things I want to change” and mark the second one on the upper right as “How I will change them” Now, you can number down the left hand side if you wish, and list out first, all the things in you and your life you want to change. Be completely honest and as specific as possible. Once you’ve listed those out, go back to the top and start on the right hand column and list how you are going to make the changes for each one. Again, be specific and honest.

If you want to actually make these changes, you have to come from as open a place inside yourself as possible. Self delusion, or hiding what is real will only keep you from making the changes you want. The way we feel about ourselves and see ourselves, has everything to do with how we see life. If we are full of fear, self-doubt and lack of confidence, this shows in how we present ourselves to the world and to our own selves.

Change your mind, change your life

Self-doubt will get you down really quickly, so one of the first steps you’ll need to do to accomplish taking your life back into your own hands is to change your basic outlook.
You need to realize that it is you and only you that has the power to change and the secret to this is freeing your mind and body from fear and doubts so that you can start to move forward and begin making the changes you want. Allowing yourself to have a more positive attitude will help you to be able to change the way you feel and react to any situation.

More importantly, it will help you with what you are able to achieve. You will be able to do this because with a different attitude towards life in general, you will see things differently and you’ll experience them differently, with more confidence and self-assuredness. Also, others around you will be more responsive to you and your needs and they will appreciate how you are better able to handle situations. This in turn will give you even more self confidence.

Of necessity, the changes you make should be small at first, as you don’t want to add the stress of trying to accomplish huge changes on the hurry up. Soon though, you will begin to realize that the changes are happening and that it is you that is making them happen. You’ll realize that you don’t have to rely on anyone else.

Along with these positive changes, you will feel better, have more self-esteem, confidence, be more enthusiastic and be more self-motivated. Whenever I finish with a healing client, I have them look in the mirror so that they can see immediately how they look better than they did before, both physically and energetically. Recognize the positive changes you are making and celebrate them! Validate yourself for every step you take. This positive re-enforcement goes a long way to helping you make even bigger changes, and making them quicker.

Taking and accepting responsibility

Taking full responsibility for your life is a magical thing. It can immediately remove the idea of “blame”. By accepting total responsibility and realizing that you alone hold the power to make the changes you want, you will bring incredible self-satisfaction to yourself. Remember, “responsibility” is simply being “able to respond” So, when you take a deep and totally truthful look at your life, you will easily see that you and you alone made the decisions that brought you to where you are.

Sure, other people and situations influenced your decisions, but ultimately, you are the one who agreed to them. By not “blaming” anything or anyone outside of yourself, you really are free to make even better decisions. The idea here is not to blame yourself either. The idea is to accept the way you dealt with whatever came along, forgive yourself if it didn’t turn out like you wanted it to and to move forward toward better choices, and to acknowledge yourself if the changes and decisions you make work out for you.

Too often, people are very quick to judge themselves harshly when things go awry, but rarely allow themselves to feel good for things that turn out the way they wanted or needed. By taking responsibility for your life, you can say honestly and completely, “I did that” whether it was “good ” or “not so good”. This will give you a freedom that most people will never experience.

Here are a few quick tips to help you make changes in your life:

  • Find a self-help course to attend.

Most people will need a guiding hand to get them going when they first start out to make the changes they want in their life. There is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking out help at this time, and one of the best ways to do that is to attend a workshop or course that can help you get the advice and support you need so that you can take control in a safe environment.

  •

  • Read self-help books and/or watch DVD’s..

If you are unable to attend a class or workshop, then getting motivational DVD’s and self-help books is the next best thing to being there. While you won’t have the interaction, you can still find plenty of inspiration to get you going on the right path.

  •

  • Clean up your space.

Clutter in the environment leads to clutter in the mind. One of the best ways to prepare for the changes you want to make, is to change the energy of the space where you live. Get rid of the old energy by doing a thorough cleaning and by removing objects that either are no longer useful, or invoke negative feelings. Recycle old clothing and let go of anything that distracts you from what you want to accomplish. Read up on Feng Shui, or if there’s one in your area, hire a consultant to come in and help you re-set the energy of your home. This one tip goes a very long way to getting you into the right mind set to create a better you.

  •

Finally, remember to love yourself and to be your own best friend. If you don’t like and love yourself, how can anyone else? By treating yourself with love, forgiveness and respect, others will treat you that way as well.

    Deep Peace and Brightest Blessings!

    Staying Grounded and Centered.

Edited to included new information, which will be in italics

Considering the current state of affairs in this time frame of our world and evolution, I felt that it was necessary to give out the information below to as many people as possible so that there can be more of us who will be able to help others and respond to the growing darkness. Through the techniques I will impart, we can become a beacon of light and strength for those caught up in the tides of disaster. This is a guide to becoming and staying grounded, no matter what is happening around you. I will cover the reasons why staying grounded is necessary, how it works and the techniques involved.

Our human mechanism is both highly complicated and at the same time rather simplistic. One of the things that we have carried throughout our evolution is the “fight or flight” response. This is a very simple program that we use as a protection from everything fearful. One of the things that I have discovered through my training and while working with healing clients about this pattern is how the body responds. The “fight response” actually causes us to “stand our ground” while the “flight response” causes the exact opposite reaction. Not only do we attempt to flee the situation, but inside of ourselves, our “soul” begins to detach from our physical body. Whenever we are threatened, either physically or emotionally, our bodies’ primordial response is to presume that we are “dying”. With that response, our “soul” starts to detach further from our bodies even more than it already is. As the “soul” detaches, our bodies are further convinced that it is dying, and a vicious cycle is started.

Becoming and staying grounded prevents this response from moving us off our center. When you’re grounded, you’re calm, present and watchful. Data about any situation comes in more rapidly and is assessed at a much faster rate. Fear is greatly lessened and we become more deliberate in our actions. A grounded individual does not panic.

Look at any situation where there has been a traumatic experience taking place. There are always some people who make the right decisions and perform actions that are generally termed “heroic”. They are grounded and centered. Their “fight response” has kicked into high gear and they are totally in their bodies. Then there are those who practically jump out of their skin whenever anything unexpected happens. Those people are not anywhere near their bodies.

As a psychic healer, one of the first things I look at when working on a client is how far away they are from their body at a “soul” level, and how far out their auric field is. The further away their souls are from their physical bodies, the more prone they are to panic attacks, anxiety, excessive worry, fear, and a host of other complaints. The reason for this is simple. They are not in the “driver seat” and have little or no control over what is happening to them. By becoming grounded, you regain that control and the decision making process that goes along with it. You no longer have the background thought of “I’m dying!!” coming from your body, so your mind takes over and deals with the situation the best that it can.

So, how does this very simple act work? Basically speaking, it “ties” you to the earth. This brings your “soul” back into the your body where it belongs, and centers your feelings, mind and emotions. You become as a rock on all levels and you are unmovable unless you choose to do so. By way of an example, I’ll tell you about the time I demonstrated this for my good friend Sean and several other psychics while he and I worked on the psychic phone lines back in 1991. I was explaining to some of the people about how grounding makes you unmovable unless you want and choose to move and a few of them were skeptical, so I felt a display was in order. I sat on a chair and had the four largest guys stand all around me with their hands under the chair, and asked them to pick me up while I was grounded. They could barely lift the chair higher than a few inches. I then had them relax and I removed my grounding cord (without telling them I had done so) and had them try again. They practically threw me into the ceiling. I then explained that for the second attempt, I had un-grounded myself, and could they all now see the difference between being securely grounded to the earth and not grounded. They all agreed that being grounded was the better choice and had me teach them the same techniques I’m about to show you.

Ok, so now I’m sure some of you are saying, “Well, this sounds like it’s a great thing, but it must be hard to master”. Nothing could be further from the truth as grounding is not only easy; it is a very natural thing to do. Remember, when we go into “fight response” we are not just grounding ourselves, we are increasing and strengthening our grounding by several factors. So it is a completely natural state for us to be in, but due to the stresses and pressures of our society and lack of training in these areas, we’ve forgotten that we can do this and just how easy it is.

The first thing that you need to do is to become aware of your first chakra, also known as the root chakra. This is generally located just above the base of your tailbone. The first chakra houses all of our survival information. In your minds eye, see this chakra and sense it with your feelings. Now, create a cord or line of energy. The cord can be whatever you want it to look like. A rope, a waterfall, a pipe; you get the idea. It can also have any color you wish to give it. See this grounding cord as strong and unbreakable. Now see it securely attached to your first chakra. It doesn’t matter what symbol you use for your cord, and it doesn’t matter if you see it strongly or not at first. All that matters is your decision that it’s there.

Now that your grounding cord is firmly affixed to your root chakra, have it extend all the way down to the center of the earth. Again, the center of the earth can be whatever you wish it to look like. A ball of energy, a beautiful garden, molten rock; whatever is comfortable, symbolic and pleasing to you. Attach the other end of your grounding cord to the center of the earth. Congratulations, you are now grounded. See how easy that is? Some people report that they immediately feel the difference and can tell that they are grounded and in their bodies. Don’t worry if you are not one of them as it makes little difference if you can actually feel it or not at first, as it is working the moment you do this.

Along with grounding your body, this also grounds your body’s energy field as well. The second part of this technique, is to now ground your etheric field and your aura. Stuart was the one who taught me about the etheric field which surrounds us and that holds all of our “feelings”. Not our emotions, but our ability to “feel” what’s going on around us. So, visualize your etheric being around two inches at the most away from your body at any point. The reason for grounding your etheric energy, is so that it becomes easier to interpret and understand your feelings, and to keep it from being spastic. Once it’s nice a close around you, see your grounding cord strengthening and widening at your first chakra till it reaches the outside edge of your etheric, and ground it. Now we’re going to do the same with your aura. Most people’s auric field is so far away from their bodies that it practically goes down the block! This is quite typical, so there is no need for alarm. We tend to push our auras out to try and “protect” ourselves on an energy level. That said however, it is very impractical for our auras to be that far out. Let me explain. Even though our auras are an energy field, they have mass. As with anything that has mass, the farther out you stretch it, the thinner it gets. In the case of the aura, the thinner it gets, the easier it is for other energies to pass through it. The closer it is around your body, the stronger it is and it becomes less likely for outside energies to pass through it. Ever notice how tired you get just from walking from one end of the mall to the other? It’s not because it’s such a long walk. It’s because your aura was too far out and other people’s energy got mixed up with yours. Even though we are all human and have similar energy as humans, our energy is unique and individual to each of us just like a thumbprint, so we can really only use our own energy in and around our bodies.

Bringing in your aura is just as easy as grounding. First, be aware of how far out your aura is and then “tell it” to come in closer around you. I can already see the confused looks as you are reading this. “Tell my aura to come in closer??” Come now, you’ve just created a “grounding cord” with your imagination and visualization, so now simply do the same with your aura. It is yours, after all and you really do have full control of your own energy. A good distance is between 20 to 30 inches away from you at the most. Make sure that your aura is at that distance above you, below you, in front of you, behind you and to either side of you.

Most people have a tendency to forget about what’s behind them and below them, so pay extra attention to those areas. Once you’ve brought your aura in nice and tight, see your grounding cord strengthening and widening at your first chakra till it reaches the outside edge of your aura and then have it ground every layer of your aura (of which there are seven, in my teachings) to the center of the earth. Now we have to make sure that we are in the “driver seat” and in complete control. To do this is again quite simple. Take the first finger of either hand and place it just below the center of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. This is the “third eye” or sixth chakra point. With your other hand, place the first finger at the base of your skull where you’ll feel that bump is. It’s right at the place where the top of your neck meets the bottom of your skull. Keeping both fingers in place, close your eyes and imagine a line of energy drawn between your fingers. Got it? Ok, now place a finger at each temple on the sides of your head and draw another line. Do you see in your minds eye where these two lines intersect? That is the center of your head. This is a sacred space. It is your sacred space and no one else is allowed in there. In this space, create a room for yourself. Decorate it as you will, there is no right or wrong way to do this. I would suggest to you put in a favorite chair, as this is thedrivers seat“. Now in your minds eye, see yourself in that space. If there is anything, or anybody in there that shouldn’t be, then toss them, or it, down your grounding cord. Right about now is when I “set” my grounding cord on “release”. What this means is that I visualize myself as now allowing myself to release and let go of whatever I want to remove from my space, my energy and my life, down the grounding cord to the center of the earth where it is transmuted into neutral energy. So you can say something like “I now set my grounding on release. I am now releasing and letting go of all negativity, fear and doubt.” Use your own words to release whatever you want to let go of.

Ok, so now your body is grounded, your etheric and aura is in close and grounded so you’re maintaining your energy and keeping it clean; your grounding is set on release so all of the garbage is going away. Now, NOW you are grounded and centered. Now you are coming from a place of power and ability. Now you are in control of you and cannot be moved unless you choose to do so. From this space, all things are truly possible as you are able to look at them clearly and cleanly with zero interference. You’ll need to remind yourself to do this several times a day until it becomes a habit at first, but believe me, it really is easy and once you get into it, you will feel the difference between when you’re grounded and when you’re not. Another thing to remember is to really strengthen your grounding cord before you go into any known stressful situation, such as a meeting with someone not very pleasant, etc. Check your cord as often as you can remember and if it starts to look or feel a little ragged, that’s ok. Simply detach that one from your first chakra, let it fall to the center of the earth and create another one.

As more people learn of these techniques and use them not only will we be helping ourselves, but the planet and each other as well. Negative emotions and energy have no place to hold onto when we are grounded and centered. On the other hand, positive emotions and energy have a place to flourish and grow that is safe and secure.

May you all find the peace of mind, body and spirit that this practice can give you.
