Conscious Energy Meditation

Conscious Energy Meditation

Hello my friends. I am very excited and extremely grateful to tell you all that I have completed my Conscious Energy Meditation guidebook, and that it is now available to everyone. I started creating this guidebook a while back as I have been asked many, many times to write down the meditation process I use, and the metaphysical techniques that I incorporate into my daily life. Mostly, this request has come from my Conscious Energy Healing clients, because through our healing sessions together, they’ve wanted to know what they could do on a daily basis to keep their energy flowing in the best way possible. I have told them how to do this particular meditation, and almost all of them said, “You should write a book on this.”

So, I did. In this guidebook, I’ve put together some of the very best self help and metaphysical techniques that are out there today, and I show you, in a very easy to understand way, how to incorporate the main meditation with each of these processes, so that you can get even more out of each one. That is one of the beautiful things about using the Conscious Energy Meditation – it enhances all other processes. Every technique that I’ve used along with the meditation has been better and more successful because I was coming from a clean, clear and powerful energy space.

Once you start using this meditation, you’ll be truly amazed at how much positive energy you’ll have at your command. The clarity and focus that you’ll experience is simply amazing. Your level of awareness; of yourself, your surroundings, and everything about your life, will increase dramatically. Through this meditation, you’ll begin to allow yourself to have more insight and fulfillment than ever before. It truly is that profound. This is one of the main things that I’ve learned over the years that I am continuously and supremely grateful for. It has radically changed my life for the better, and I know it will do the same for you.

The Tree of Good Feeling

While working with one of my healing clients, an idea came to me to help better explain how the principle of, as Abraham advises, “reaching for better feeling thoughts”, actually gets us where we want to go. The analogy I saw in my vision is of a tree. If you think of a tree, you see a strong, sturdy trunk with many branches evolving into even more branches and finally ending in either leaves, flowers or fruit.

The way this was shown to me, the trunk represents your core belief; in this case, your belief in your happiness and your ability to give yourself happiness and feel good. The stronger that belief, the larger the trunk of the tree. Obviously, if your belief is not that strong, then the trunk of your ‘tree of good feeling’ will be correspondingly small and slight. Now even with a small tree, you can still find your way to happiness, but it won’t be as plentiful as with a big tree, and you won’t feel it as intensely and abundantly.

What you want to do is to get your level of belief in yourself and your happiness so strong, that you have a continuously larger and larger trunk. When this happens, you will have more and more branches. Each branch representing another circumstance of your happiness. One branch is your job, lets say, and each successive branching off this main branch shows you the different types of good feelings you get from your job. There’s the “I like my job” branch, then the “I like and enjoy my co-workers” branch, and so on. You get the idea.

Tree of Good Feeling

By looking at the separate, yet combined and attached, branches of each aspect of your life, you can begin to see how you can create new branches of happiness at will, by looking where each branch takes you and adding on new branches as you find the new happiness there. I see this as a great way of showing yourself the abundance of happiness you actually do have in your life, and by looking at it in this way, you then bring in even more happiness in all ways.

You can use this imagery for any aspect of your life to see how abundant that aspect is. Use it to see how much love is in your life at this moment, and how much peace, and joy, and well-being, and prosperity. Anything and everything can be applied to this process and you’ll get immediate understanding of where you are at with each of them. May your Tree be evergreen in all ways. =)

Bright Blessings,

Winter Solstice 2009

Reprinted from my Blessings of The Winter Solstice, 2008 post

I offer up this blessing:

Great and Eternal mystery, Great Spirit; God, Goddess, All that is; The Infinite Radiant Is. I thank you for this light and this life. For this beauty way. I thank you for this season of deep contemplation, reflection and retrospection. It is this time of season that offers us the opportunity to grow inwardly as we await the coming of the outward growth of Spring.

In this time of the short day and the long night, I give thanks for all that I have achieved this past year, and all that I will achieve in the new one. I offer up prayers and blessings of gratitude, and thanksgiving for the lessons I have learned; the relations of all varieties I have helped, and that have helped me to grow.

I thank you for this time of stillness so that I can once again hear my heart beat in time with the true rhythm of the Universe.

As we move forward from this Solstice day, I give thanks for the renewing energy that fills all of our lives with the mounting warmth of the new Sun and the new year.

In Gratitude; In Thanks; In Peace; In Wonderment; In Joy I say Ring Out Solstice Bells!

Brightest Blessings to all!

Ring Out, Solstice Bells by Jethro Tull

Now is the solstice of the year.
winter is the glad song that you hear.
Seven maids move in seven time.
Have the lads up ready in a line.

Ring out these bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.

Join together ‘neath the mistletoe,
by the holy oak whereon it grows.
Seven druids dance in seven time.
Sing the song the bells call, loudly chiming.

Ring out these bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.

Praise be to the distant sister sun,
joyful as the silver planets run.
Seven maids move in seven time.
Sing the song the bells call, loudly chiming.

Ring out these bells.
Ring out, ring solstice bells.
Ring solstice bells.
Ring on, ring out.
Ring on, ring out.

Understanding Manifestation and Creation

Here’s a situation I see fairly frequently with friends and clients who are new to the Law of Attraction and metaphysics in general. They tend to not fully understand manifestation and creation in regards to the Law of Attraction and how they are the major part of that manifestation.

When I’ve asked them “when are you manifesting and creating?”, most say that when they’ve created something “big” in their lives, whether it was a positive or negative experience, then that is when they were manifesting. They can see the evidence of the Law of Attraction and how it works in their lives, but their perspective is narrow, as they are only looking at these large events that have taken place.

This is not unusual. Most people only really remember the “big events” of their life. Those that have impacted them in a strong emotional way. Rarely does anyone recall or remember the small things that happen on a daily basis. Because we are not taught to pay attention to everything going on around us and inside us, we tend to let those small things drift out of our consciousness. I see this as one of the blocks to our spiritual evolution, and another reason why some people have a difficult time manifesting what they want.

Here is what I tell my healing clients and metaphysical students:

Everything that is in your life right now, you manifested. Everything that has ever been in your life, you manifested.

So what do I mean by “everything”? I mean exactly that. Everything. Every moment, every thought, every action, every feeling, every experience; you created for yourself. That’s what we are. We’re creators and manifestors. We have thoughts, which create feelings, which create desires, which create manifestations. By understanding that this is who we are and this is how we operate, we can now see that EVERYTHING we do is a creation and that it is all sacred.

Does this mean you have to acknowledge every minute thing in your life? Every thought, or feeling, or action, no matter how seemingly insignificant? Of course, you acknowledge everything, but you don’t have to examine each thing separately. You can if you want to, but that would cause you to not get much accomplished, as you’d be too busy acknowledging every breath, and every heart beat, etc. No, you don’t have to go to that extreme, but you do have to acknowledge, in general, that you are the one manifesting all of these things going on, and to be grateful for them in your life.

That said, I will tell you that the more you do acknowledge, appreciate and are grateful for the smaller events and experiences in your life, the more positive experiences you’ll create for yourself. This is the main principle of the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. As you become more and more grateful for all that is around and in you, more and more circumstances will be created that you can be grateful for.

What Is Your Perspective?

Another aspect to understanding manifestation and creation is knowing what your perspective is. To illustrate this point, let me give you my favorite example. If you are looking at a rose, then what are you seeing? Well, a flowering bush that we call a rose, that has certain colors and smells and other characteristics we find pleasurable, for the most part. There are the thorns, which are not pleasurable, but if we’re careful then we don’t have to worry about them. In the main, it’s a beautiful flower, and we enjoy it.

Rose

Rose

Now what if you were a farmer raising daisies? What would your perspective be then, if you saw a rose in the middle of your daisy field? Now, that is no longer a beautiful flower to be admired for it’s color and scent. No, now that rose a weed. But wait a minute, it’s a rose. How can one of the most cherished flowers in history be thought of as a weed? From the perspective of the farmer, it’s easy. The rose is not where it “should” be, and it certainly isn’t supposed to be in the middle of the daisies.

This example can be applied to everything that you experience. Do you see how our perspective changes everything? To most, the idea of a single rose bush flowering in the middle of all the white and yellow of the daisies would be an interesting contrast indeed, but the farmer’s gone for the weed killer and a hoe. Once you recognize that how you see things determines your feelings about them, you can begin to change your perspective to one that is not limiting and negative. One of the fastest ways to do this is by acknowledging that you were the one who created whatever is in front of you to begin with.

This will give you an opportunity to re-examine your perspective on the object, person or situation and change it to a more positive one. If it’s something that is “perceived” as a negative, then forgive yourself, let the negativity of it go, and even if you can’t see anything particularly positive about it at the moment, at least get as neutral to it as you can. Once you practice this, you’ll see how your feelings and perspective changes about everything around you. You will begin to bring in much more positive experiences into your life.

By understanding that you create it all and that you have the ability to change your perspective, you will allow yourself to see more than you’ve seen before. You will give yourself a view of your life that is clear and uncluttered. You will give yourself a level of gratitude and love higher than you’ve ever experienced. In turn, your prosperity and abundance, on all levels, will grow tremendously.

Bright Blessings to you!

Your Declaration of Financial Independence – Part 2

I’ve been getting some really wonderful and positive feedback from you all about the Declaration of Financial Independence post that I put up in January. Because of this, I decided to create a meditation, using the words from the Declaration and a theta metronome. This is a 20 minute meditation, with the metronome starting out first by fading in, then my voice coming in about 45 seconds from the start saying the complete Declaration. I did this to give you a few seconds to allow your brain to get into the theta rhythm by itself without any other influence.

The Declaration is repeated 9 times over the 20 minutes, then the metronome plays by itself for one minute, slowly fading out to silence. I recommend that you listen to this at least once a day, and to keep up with your schedule of reading the Declaration 3 times a day. Between the theta metronome, and my voice repeating the words over and over, you will really amp up your vibration for prosperity and financial independence.

Because I am using a metronome instead of a brainwave binaural beat to induce the theta state, you can use headphones, or your PC’s speakers. Either one will produce the same results. The theta state is from around 4 to 7 brainwave cycles per second, and is the state associated with deep relaxation, increased creativity and intuition, expanded learning and problem solving, it gives a boost to the immune system and helps with long term memory, along with the ability to program your unconscious mind.

As with any meditation, find a time when you will not be disturbed for at least 25 minutes, so that you can prepare before the meditation, and have some time after the meditation to return to your alpha brainwave pattern. Sit in a comfortable position, make sure you are grounded and in the center of your head. Start the track and relax with your hands on your legs, with your palms up. If you want, you can include a simple mudhra (a hand position used by many Eastern philosophies and religions) by connecting your thumb and middle finger at the tips.

While listening to the metronome, breathe easily and deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. Don’t focus on the words being spoken. Instead listen for the spaces of silence in between the theta beeps. Hear the metronome in the center of your head, and allow yourself to become aware of the spaces of silence. This is a focusing tool that will help reduce the “mind chatter” that sometimes comes up when meditating.

And now, your Declaration of Financial Independence meditation…

Enjoy!
