First you have a thought. Usually, a creation thought is prefaced with a “what if” type of question. “What if” I had that job, object, situation, person, etc. Once you have the thought, you then have an emotional reaction to the thought, and if it’s a “positive” emotion, then the thought becomes a desire. Now it’s a “I want that” thought. With a positive desire, it becomes the idea of “I want to see, touch, taste, smell, or feel” this new thing. Basically, you are saying you want to experience it. Conversely, if you have a “negative” emotional reaction, then the thought becomes repellent. Now it’s a “I don’t want that” thought, and “I don’t want to experience it”.

The interesting thing is that both types of thought, and the emotional reactions to the thoughts, begin the creation process. This is where a lot of people get confused as to how the creation process works. They believe that only good and wanted things get created. If that were true, no one would ever have anything “bad” or “negative” happen to them. Creation, Source, God; whatever name you like, doesn’t care which end of the stick you choose. It only knows that a choice has been made, and that energy is now being moved to create whatever has been thought and felt about.

Energy is mutable. It changes shape constantly. We may not notice the change, as our perception does not have the capacity to “see” the various vibrations, but the changes are happening, nonetheless. When we have a desire, whether to bring something to us, or to push something away from us, we are calling on the energy to move into that form. As an example, if you’ve seen the John Boorman movie “Excalibur”, you saw that Merlin uses the “Charm of Making” spell for both “beneficial” and “harmful” purposes. The charm, or energy, simply follows the desire of the one doing the creating.

Deliberate Creation is the act of consciously acknowledging the movement of energy and consciously “directing” it to become what you desire. By having this understanding, you can let go of creating “negative” experiences by grounding out any “negative” emotions the moment you have them, making the deliberate choice to feel better in this moment, and to choose to look at things wanted, and not things unwanted. When you look at things that yourself and others call “accidents”, that is direct evidence of non-deliberate creation. That is non-focused energy being created and then experienced. We have all done this many times in our lives. The good news, is that we can use the fact that we have had these experiences, even though we consider them “negative” experiences, and show ourselves that we can create, and create pretty quickly.

Here’s an example of what I mean by this. You have a negative emotion about something. Let’s say, you’re worried about keeping your job. You think about it all the time. ‘Are they going to let me go?’, ‘Am I doing good enough for them to keep me?’, ‘I don’t think the supervisor likes me.’, etc. The next thing you know, they have handed you a pink slip, and you’re out of work. This type of creation happens with relationships, at school, with our families, basically in every area of our life. By stopping and then letting go of the negative thoughts and emotions when they come up, you begin to train yourself out of having those thoughts and feelings.

Fortunately, you can start creating from a “positive” energy stance right now, even if you still have “negative” thoughts come up. Because you are allowing yourself to be aware that you are having these thoughts that are creating things you don’t want, you can shift the energy and thereby shift the thought and the emotion. You do this by noticing you’re having a “negative” thought and emotion and then asking yourself, “What do I really want?” You’ve just had the thought of what you don’t want, so now think of the opposite of that. Think about the positive aspect of the situation, and let that be the new focus. Think, and then feel how good it is going to be to have that new situation the way you want it to be.

So let’s go back to the job example and change the thoughts. Coming from a positive stance, you now think to yourself, “I’m glad they are keeping me on here. I like this job.” and “I feel really good about the job that I am doing, and am happy that I can do it well.” and “Whether the supervisor likes me or not doesn’t matter. I do my job very well, and they have only good things to say about my performance.” With these “positive” thoughts and accompanying emotions, you are now deliberately creating what you want. When you transfer this concept to every part of your life, and for everything you want and want to accomplish, you create the life you want fully and completely.

Write down all the details of all the things and experiences that you want. Whenever a negative thought comes up, go over your list and allow that positive emotion to flow back into yourself again. You have the choice in each moment how you feel and what you allow yourself to think. Think and feel positively, and create deliberately. =)

How does your Light shine?

Inner Light

It’s not a question of whether or not your light shines. That eternal light within you that comes from your higher self shines always. The question becomes how much of your light are you allowing to shine through each part of your life. When you are limiting how much of your energy (your light) is flowing or shining through various parts of your life, you diminish that part and stop allowing it to grow, heal and become more. By understanding that you are the one in full control of how much energy you allow into all aspects of your life (body, mind, emotions, desires, etc.) you begin to understand how it has been you limiting yourself.

Much of this limiting has to do with the old patterning and programming we received as a child. With all the “shoulds” and “should nots” and the endless contradictions from everyone else around us, it’s little wonder we grow up so confused and misunderstanding our own energy. Because no one around us during that time had a clue about their energy, we never learn how to use ours in the most beneficial way. Add to that any stress and other “negative” emotions that the parents and other caretakers were feeling and expressing energetically, and the child ends up completely bewildered as to what to do and how to act.

This is why it is so important to find ways of letting go of those patterns, and to find better ways of utilizing your own energy for your full benefit. While there are a myriad of techniques you can use, I’ve found that Grounding is one of the most effective ways of beginning to release that old, stuck energy from your life. I have seen people drastically change their energy and emotion from this one simple act.

Meditation is another great way of, not only releasing old energy, but also noticing your energy and being able to see where it is flowing within you and where it’s not. By going within, and beginning an internal dialog with yourself, you begin to have greater appreciation for all aspects of yourself. “Why do we do this to ourselves??”

The question is, “Why is it so easy to think negative thoughts? Why do we do this to ourselves?”

The answer to the question is this: We’re trained to. Everyone around us shows us their negativity from the moment of conception. Some families more than others, but there are very few positive families, with positive outlooks and positive energy to give to their children. If we don’t get a lot of negativity at home, we surely get a ton of it at school, church, other relatives, etc. Simply being out in the world is a predominantly negative energy experience when you’re dealing with other people. Go into any store, someone will be be pissed off about something and exuding negative energy. Go to any restaurant, same thing. Someone will be showing their fear/anger.

The idea isn’t to stop them from having their experience or for you to nitpick over every negative thought and emotion. The idea is to have more positive and happy thoughts and feelings, than not. Forgive yourself when the negativity hits. If you can, find a way to laugh at the thought/feeling. Even if you can just say to yourself, “well that thought’s a bit silly, isn’t it”, it will help tremendously. When you get into “nitpick mode” and you’re constantly being vigilant, you’re deep in resistance. That just brings more negativity into your experience. Let it go as much as you can, by allowing it to be there, but not give it much, if any, attention. You’re never going to be in a place where you never have a negative thought or feeling, so let the idea of being positive all the time go. That keeps you stuck.

Soon, you’ll get to a place inside yourself where you’ll simply notice that your thoughts and feelings have gone a bit negative, and you’ll laugh and then change them. Even just laughing at the silliness of it will help change the energy immediately. If the thought and feeling are particularly intense, then you can look at it a little deeper and ask yourself what it is that you are afraid of in this moment. By stopping your thought process, and asking yourself that question, you pull yourself out of the fear. You can’t really feel fear when you’re in “query mode”. Your brain automatically goes off to find the answer to the question and forgets to be afraid. I do this with children when they’re crying. I don’t ask them why they are crying, but I ask them something completely unrelated, like “did you see that cat across the street”, or “what did you do in school today”. Anything to distract their minds from whatever is causing them to cry. Then, you can find out what they are upset about. Same with us adults. Give the mind something to do, and it will forget the fear in that moment, and that’s all you need to begin to shift the energy.

Do this along with staying grounded, and you’ll see pretty quickly just how easy it actually is to stay more positive about everything in your life. =)

Processing Fear Easily – Stuart Wilde

I am reprinting this article from Stuart’s blog for 2 reasons. One, now that he is no longer posting there, I want to share this in case the blog closes down, and two, because this is one of the very best articles on dealing with fear. Enjoy!

One of my readers told me the most impacting thing he read in my books was where I said, “Refuse to be scared in this lifetime”.

Fear is a terrible affliction, it cripples your ability to think clearly and act decisively. Some low-level fear is ok, it acts as a warning signal but constant fear turns one into a zombie, an automaton easily manipulated. Here’s how you fix it.

All fear comes from loss or the perception in the mind of a possible loss: fear of change (loss of the status quo), fear of a loss of health, fear of a loss of money, loss of a relationship, loss of status/importance, loss of control etc. The ego reacts to loss usually with anger. If that emotion is very strong it collapses the holographic fields around you putting you in a tight tube, it’s not good.

First, realize most of the stuff you were scared of in this life never came to anything. Second, change is often a gift; so your husband ran away with Darlene from the Dog and Duck, it was a shock, you got angry then a month later you realize what gift it was, you felt free for the first time in years, your soul was liberated. Yippee!

Change is fine never resist it. Keep telling yourself change is normal.

In my books I say “Be nothing” it’s the antithesis of the New Age teachers that say struggle to become something. But if you can realize your presence on earth is irrelevant, it frees you from the ego-prison of specialness, and the effort involved in holding up all your illusions. Your illusions often scare you.

You don’t need much to survive and be happy, a roof over your head, some warm clothes, love, friendship, food. A friend of mine only eats at night and he has three or four table spoons of food on his plate nothing more. No desert, no seconds, no piling the food high, no snacks during the day, he has lived like this for years. Four spoons of food are less than a dollar a day.

Most of the stuff you think you need you don’t actually need. Downsizing is calming, consumption sometimes creates fear. Transcending not trans-spending, that’s the way.

If you worry about your health take action, improve your life style, reduce stress, the more alkaline and calm you become the more healthy you are. If you are over weight fix it now—fat inhibits blood into your cells and so it inhibits oxygen—fat and fear are very closely linked, most people don’t know that. A meat diet will make you scared as you ingest the animal’s fear—their torment. Try to be a vegetarian, if not already so.

Keep your water intake up at all times, when you get dehydrated fear will creep in. Sometimes you need two lethicin tablets a day with your water that helps carry the liquid into you cells. Try to sleep properly and not drink coffee beyond mid-afternoon.

Stay away from people that have scary energies and stay away from dangerous places, like the red-light district say, where the black fractal codes people emit can jump on your crown chakra and carry you down. Stay away from pot and porno as it brings in the ghouls and avoid people that suck energy and drain you.

Fix interpersonal problems, make peace. Usually it will cost you, but often it’s best to pay the rip off and get free. Humans emit a black fog or mist that I named the ‘black attention’, the less of that you have around you the better it is.

I evoke the black attention deliberately, it’s part of my job getting the ghouls to chase me. That is why I drop m’ pants when I see the UFOs, and show em m’ lilywhite ass. But most people need as little of the black attention as possible.

Blow love at all the antagonistic people in your life and blow love in the street when you pass someone that is devilish or angry. Don’t stand next to that sort of person on the bus going to work. Take constant evasive action. Make that part of your modus operandi.

Pray for help, often it comes as an energy burst of light from the inner worlds that makes you feel better. If you are depressed take 5HTP, it fixes the serotonin levels in your brain. Try to mediate every day at the same time for twenty-four minutes, it builds a deep calm.

Try to spend a little time in nature every day with the tress, even if it is only ten minutes. They process fear for you and offer a celestial peace. Put your crown chakra against the trunk of a tree for a minute or so, that allows you to enter a special world. It helps.

Try to stay legal as best as possible as it can wreck your energy if you are doing stuff that is illegal, or if your paperwork is not in order. The fascist state is all around us and it’s getting worse—their world is dying—they will become ever more ugly, stay under the radar.

Be nobody, be humble, it’s safer. I often shuffle about dressed in scruffy clothes when I need to get in and out of dodgy places frequented by the criminal classes, melting into the scenery is an art form. ‘Smiley country’ if you know what that means.

Lean towards love at all times, cut people slack, forgive and forget, and be kind, very kind, the more you do that the less fear you will have. People rise up to support you. Refuse to be scared in this lifetime. Okay bye for now. (sw)


The only things I will add here are, primarily, to be really easy on yourself about this at first. We’ve all been programmed to be afraid from day one, so it’ll take some time to let that go. One of the best things you can do to help yourself with this is to learn how to ground yourself everyday and to consider getting an energy healing to help you clear out everyone else’s negativity.

October 22nd, 2010 Full Moon energy

Full Moon in Aries/Sun in Libra – 29º.

What? Two Full Moons in Aries in a row. Is the cosmos making a statement here. I think so. How could it be otherwise. The last Full Moon at the Fall Equinox was at 0º Aries and this Full Moon is at 29º Aries. Did I mention there were going to be five (5) Full Moons in a row at 29º? I did. But it bears mentioning again. What is the significance of 29º? It represents the ending of a cycle, a completion, an encompassing of all the previous aspects and influences, a summation, like the long journey up to the steps of the temple where you turn and look out over your life, acknowledging what has brought you to this point and then removing your shoes and garments and entering the temple without pretense or past. That’s where we are at this time.

We are completing a major cycle of consciousness in the evolution of our planet. We have five Full Moons in a row to contemplate where we have been, what we intend to shed and then to enter this new phase, clean and unencumbered by the past. But of course, there is work to do to enter a higher frequency energy in a clear and unencumbered state.

The Sun in Libra, also at 29º, opposite the Aries Moon has only benevolent aspects in this chart- to Pluto/Ceres and to the Nodes. The Moon also is aspected in a positive way to Pluto/Ceres and the North Node (point of growth and what we need to develop). There is no hint of the T-square of the entire summer that had us in the pressure cooker on high heat on the stove of ‘change-or-get-left-behind’. We made it. We are lighter, leaner, sobered. This is the Moon to celebrate our initiation into our relationship with our true Selves. Look around you into the eyes of your cohort that has embraced the challenge of deep societal transformation enacted from the inside out.

Aries as the first sign of the zodiac wheel is where we learn courage and create a (new) personal identity. The Ram has enthusiasm, assertiveness, and passion and loves a challenge. Its ruler, fiery Mars, calls in our physical energy and sexuality. Use the thrust of this energy to clean out the old patterns of holding yourself in a certain way and to open up the container of relationship to let in more loving kindness. Use your courage to shine out your inner gifts of beauty at the highest level possible. Let the enthusiasm of Aries fill your every contact and interaction.

Many of the personal planets are in Scorpio (Mercury, Venus, Mars, and asteroid Vesta), and we are only 1º away from a Scorpio Sun on Saturday, Oct. 23, at 6:35 AM MDT. With the Sun in Libra, the sign of relationship, and the Moon in Aries, the sign of the self, and their respective rulers, Venus and Mars in Scorpio, we are asked to take back our power for ourselves and use it to examine, penetrate, and let our secrets be revealed and surrendered. There are ways that our psyches are armored that keep our pure, divine expression deeply in check – enculturation, trauma, unsuccessful relationships, being driven deeply into survival strategies, endless witnessing of horrors to our fellow human beings via media all contribute to our inaccessibility to our relationship to our True Source. You can feel the protected places in the body where the life force no longer flows freely. The combination of Aries and Scorpio provides us with the courage to go deeply into these reservoirs of separation and release ourselves. This is our work now – freeing ourselves from the programming of the past that is locked in our very bones. Almost everything in this chart points to re-establishing a new relationship (Libra) with our selves (Aries) and from that we will be able to build a new foundation for relationship with mutually powerful others, and from that create a community/society from the ground up with a spiritual commitment to the whole. That’s what the Age of Aquarius is about in one sense, a grassroots movement to build a society based on truth, love and equality.

Pluto and Ceres are playing a big role now and in this chart. They have been dancing together for most of this year. This is the theme of balancing the power between the masculine and feminine that we as global awakeners have stepped up to integrate through our recreating of ourselves, our relationships, the way we work and live, vote, spend our resources, and how we treat others. Forgive and heal the masculine within and without. Empower the feminine in yourself and in all areas of your life. Mars, the masculine Warrior, is involved in the only stressful aspect in this chart. Mars squared to Chiron (and Neptune as witness) suggests what the masculine has carried from the past is aligned to open and heal now utilizing the detached compassion of Aquarius. Let’s all focus on our fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, uncles, lovers, teachers, friends and all the Shivas in our lives and send them love and forgiveness from our deepest selves. Much can be healed in this way. The chart is asking us to bring that masculine part of ourselves into balance.

This Full Moon will help us make our way to the top of that mountain, take a deep breath and survey all that we have accomplished. There is much to celebrate!
