The Tree of Good Feeling

While working with one of my healing clients, an idea came to me to help better explain how the principle of, as Abraham advises, “reaching for better feeling thoughts”, actually gets us where we want to go. The analogy I saw in my vision is of a tree. If you think of a tree, you see a strong, sturdy trunk with many branches evolving into even more branches and finally ending in either leaves, flowers or fruit.

The way this was shown to me, the trunk represents your core belief; in this case, your belief in your happiness and your ability to give yourself happiness and feel good. The stronger that belief, the larger the trunk of the tree. Obviously, if your belief is not that strong, then the trunk of your ‘tree of good feeling’ will be correspondingly small and slight. Now even with a small tree, you can still find your way to happiness, but it won’t be as plentiful as with a big tree, and you won’t feel it as intensely and abundantly.

What you want to do is to get your level of belief in yourself and your happiness so strong, that you have a continuously larger and larger trunk. When this happens, you will have more and more branches. Each branch representing another circumstance of your happiness. One branch is your job, lets say, and each successive branching off this main branch shows you the different types of good feelings you get from your job. There’s the “I like my job” branch, then the “I like and enjoy my co-workers” branch, and so on. You get the idea.

By looking at the separate, yet combined and attached, branches of each aspect of your life, you can begin to see how you can create new branches of happiness at will, by looking where each branch takes you and adding on new branches as you find the new happiness there. I see this as a great way of showing yourself the abundance of happiness you actually do have in your life, and by looking at it in this way, you then bring in even more happiness in all ways.

You can use this imagery for any aspect of your life to see how abundant that aspect is. Use it to see how much love is in your life at this moment, and how much peace, and joy, and well-being, and prosperity. Anything and everything can be applied to this process and you’ll get immediate understanding of where you are at with each of them. May your Tree be evergreen in all ways. =)

Law of Attraction – Methods and Techniques: Part 2

Seeing Is Believing

Of course, what I’m talking about here is using visualization as a tool to help you manifest what you want. You’ve written down what your desire is, you believe you can have it and you are giving yourself permission and allowing it into your reality. To give all of that an immense energetic boost, you plug into your natural ability to visualize the object or situation.

By going into any form of meditation that you choose and calming the mind chatter, you can very quickly bring into sharp focus in your minds eye exactly what you want. You can see it in great detail. You can hear the sounds it makes if it makes any. You can smell any scents that come from it. You can touch it, not only on a emotional feeling level, but on a physical one as well. Yes indeed, you can actually “touch” a visualization. Many people, myself included, have had the sensation while visualizing something strongly, that we were in actual physical contact with the thing being visualized.

One thing to be aware of when doing your visualization is to not get too caught up in fine details. In other words, don’t try to “micro manage” it down to the last molecule. You’ll make yourself nuts trying to get into that much detail, and you’ll have the feeling that it isn’t “right” or “correct”. That will most definitely cause a resistant energy inside you that will block what you want from coming. Yes, you want to be specific, but you don’t have to have a “perfect” picture to have it manifest. (I’ll be discussing “perfect pictures” in another post.)

Now that you have a good visual of the thing you want, place yourself with it. If it’s an object, see yourself holding it, if it’s small enough to hold, or next to it if it’s something big like a house or car. If it’s a situation, then see yourself being in that situation and interacting with it and anyone involved with it. In both instances, give yourself the idea of enjoying the feeling of being there, either with the object or situation. Feel gratitude that you have what you want in the visualization. If this seems akward to you, remember how you felt when you received something that you wanted. Remember how thankful and grateful you were for it and how it felt to have it in your reality. Now transfer that good feeling to the new thing in your minds eye.

Letting Go and Going With the Flow

Sit with this visualization for at least 5 minutes. When you are done, allow yourself to come back into a present state of mind and allow yourself to feel the peace and joy of the thing you want coming to you, and then go about whatever you are to do next, and let the object go. What I mean by that is if you keep the desire constantly in your mind, you’ll notice all the time that you don’t have it yet. One thing you want to avoid is over-thinking about what you want. This sets up more resistance inside your energy, because you want what you want, but it’s not here yet. By letting it go after you’ve visualized it, you are giving yourself permission to let the energy unfold naturally and you are allowing yourself to be at peace with the time it takes to receive it.

Stuart Wilde talks alot about yearning for, and leaning energetically into your desire and how that pushes what you want away from you and he’s absolutely correct. The more you reach for it from the place of “I don’t have this desire met yet”, the more it doesn’t show up. You have to be relaxed and calm about the timing of it showing up. Once you are in that place of peace and energetic relaxation about it, it’ll show up quicker than you thought it would. Also, the more you practice being neutral to “when” your desire shows up, the faster all of your desires show up. You can see this in your own experience by remembering when other desires showed up for you. How long did they take to manifest? You’ll find that the more relaxed you were about it, the less time it took, and the more you yearned and longed for and leaned into the desire, the longer it took.

This goes back to my Second Level posts and the nature of duality that we deal with in this life. It is also a very true statement, but most people don’t realize that they are the ones who have the ability to decide how they feel at any given moment. No matter what happens, it’s your choice to decide to feel worse or better about it. The more you choose to feel better about it, the less resistance you place in your energy, the more what you want and desire comes to you. The wonderful thing about this is that you can change how you feel in an instant. It isn’t hard and doesn’t take any effort to do it either. You simply decide how you are going to feel and that’s how you will feel.

Now, did you feel any resistance to what you just read? I’ve had many people tell me that they can’t change how they feel “just like that”, and I ask them why not? The typical response is that it’s not easy. To that I say that’s because you have been practicing how hard it is instead of how easy it is. Then they say “that’s easier said than done” and I tell them no, it’s as easy as said as done. Remember, your words and your thoughts have power. If you say and decide you are going to feel better right here, right now in this present moment, then you will. It is ALWAYS your choice. The more you realize and understand that, the easier it is for you to change anything in your life you want to, including your emotions. The other thing to remember is that noone has the power to “make” you feel anything. Only you have that power. Decide to feel better in each situation, and you will not only achieve the desires you want, you will also greatly reduce any stress in your life.

Law of Attraction Methods and Techniques: Part 1

Today, I want to talk with you about several key psychological, metaphysical, and energetic methods that you can use to help you to achieve whatever you want in this life. To my direct knowledge, none of these techniques are new, but you may just hear them expressed in a different way, and that may be the catalyst you have been looking for to start implementing them to improve yourself. I am going to write this in multiple parts, with this being part 1.

1. Write It Down, Get It Done

This first method is one that took me awhile to really apply in my daily life. I am always in “creative mode” in one form or another, and many is the idea that I let go because I wasn’t some place where I could easily write the idea down. Once I got to where I could write it down, the idea usually wasn’t as solid or I couldn’t remember parts of it. Very frustrating. Now, I try to keep a little notebook with me so that I can capture these ideas. The next thing is to get a waterproof voice recorder that I can take into the shower with me!

Ok, so aside from writing down ideas, what would you write down to help you to attain or achieve something? First on the list, I recommend you put down on paper exactly what you want to achieve. If it’s an item, describe it completely. Leave nothing out about how you want it to look, to feel, etc. If it’s a situation, then write how you want the situation to come about, and how you want it to flow, and how the resolution of the situation looks. Basically stated, create the beginning, middle and end of the situation. Remember, specific is terrific so be as specific as possible. Details are required to make it real in your thought pattern and energy. The more real it seems, the faster you’ll manifest it.

Always use the present tense when writing down your desires. If you use future tense in your words, you are pushing the thing you want out in front of you. Of course, there is an exception to this. The only words that I have seen work for some people that may be considered as “future tense” is saying something to the affect of “I’m in the process of…” It is sometimes easier to view your desire as taking shape, instead of being already formed, and if it feels better to you to say it that way, then do so. My only thing with this is that, to my mind anyway, you are going to have to wait on the desire, whereas using a strict present tense, you’ll manifest it quicker. But, that’s just me. As they say in the car industry, ‘your mileage may vary’, so use what works for you and be open to trying it different ways.

The next thing to write down is your goals. What do you want to do? When do you want to do it? How long do you want it to take to get there, and how long do you want to continue to do it? Again, make with the details, and be as specific as you can. If you don’t know about a certain aspect of your goal, don’t guess; find out about it. Do whatever research you need so that you have the best possible idea and vision of what your goal will look like. You can also write down as many goals as you want. Yes, you will be focusing on one or two at a time, but it’s better to have a few down on paper that you can look at and plan for. You always have the ability to modify these goals at any time.

One other thing about goals I want to mention. Some people will tell you to be realistic about them, especially with the short term ones. On the surface, that seems like sound advice, but I’ve seen many, many miracles in my life. I’ve seen people create situations that others thought were impossible, so I will not limit you in that way. The only thing that I’ll say in this regard is to be true to yourself. This brings me to the next method…

2. Anything Is Possible

After you have written down what you want, the most vital thing you can do to bring it about is to believe it. I mean this in all the ways that you can think of, to believe in it. The first thing is to believe it’s possible. Yes, it’s possible for you to attract, or manifest whatever is on your list. If you don’t believe it’s possible to have what you want, then it will never materialize for you. Ever. I don’t care how much you work, or how much money you save, if you can’t believe it, it won’t happen. Guaranteed. Something will always keep it from you.

Notice how some things come extremely easily to people, yet other things take them forever to achieve, if at all. That is strictly due to their limiting beliefs. Nothing says, “that can’t happen” or “that will never happen” or “that’s impossible” except ourselves. I cannot stress strongly enough how important this aspect of manifesting is. Without your inner belief that it is possible to create what you want, it will not happen. Believe, and you are one step closer to attaining everything. This goes right along with method 3:

3. Permission and Allowing.

You have to allow yourself to have it. You have to give yourself permission to have it. If you don’t allow yourself to have what you want, then no matter how much you believe it’s possible to have it, you are not going to give it to yourself. This is one of those ego trips we run on ourselves, because of feelings of unworthiness, and not being good enough. If you are dealing with this type of insecurity, it will block you from attaining anything that has any real emotional and spiritual value to you. You can tell if you have these feelings of unworthiness by what you do attract to yourself.

As an example, let’s say you want a new car, and you’ve been eyeing a new Mercedes that would be perfect for you. So, do you bring the Mercedes to you, or do you end up with a Chevy? If you got the Chevy, then I say hey, great job! You’ve manifested a new car, but it’s not the one you wanted. This type of situation is one way you can use to gauge where you are at with your allowing and permission. Look back over your life and simply notice when you allowed yourself to have exactly what you wanted and when you didn’t. There’s no fault or blame here, it’s just the way it was. Now you have tools to change it in your favor.

The other method I highly recommend you use to check out where you are at is the Prosperity Tool I showed you before. This will instantly tell you whether or not you are in a place energetically and emotionally to allow yourself to have your desire. By following that technique, you are telling the Universe, and more importantly, yourself, that you are ready to have it, you’re willing to have it and you’re allowing yourself to have it.

The Money Flow Stream

I’ve got another Prosperity Tool for you that goes right along with the Prosperity Gauge I posted on Feb. 5th.

Back in ’89, I had the priviledge of going through Stuart Wilde’s “Warriors Wisdom” 5 day Intensive training seminars, and then a year later working as staff for him at four more “WW”s. One of the training days was dedicated to Finance on all sorts of different levels. One of the things that Stuart mentioned on one of these finance days, was that we are surrounded by the energy of money flowing all around us, but we’re not aware of it or thinking about it. He said, “Think of all the billions of dollars that are flowing through the ethers this very second in the form of electronic transfers from bank to bank.”

We were stunned! He was right. Not one of the participants and staff had thought about it in those terms. It was definitely an eye opener. Think about this on a practical level, and you can really see how this can have a major impact on your personal prosperity and how you think about abundance. If I tell you to look at the abundance of the Universe, the multitude of stars, the leaves on a tree, the sand on any beach, you can easily see these things and recognize the inherent abundance around us all, but does it reach you on a practical level? Psychologically speaking, how much sand or leaves or stars do you need in your daily life? Yes, you “get it” but what have you got?

What Have You Got?

I started looking at this a few years ago while in meditation, and asking that very question. “What have I got?” When I think about the vast abundance of the Universe, I have the concept down pat! Now I need it to become practical. So, I went back over my various trainings and teachings and came back to a process Stuart had taught where you use your etheric energy and your visualization to bring you what you want. Here now is the technique I came up with that will help you bring that money energy into practical terms that you can literally “grasp” with both hands, if you like.

To begin, get yourself seated in a comfortable position with your arms resting on your thighs, with your palms face up. Follow my grounding techniques so you are grounded and in the center of your head, with your aura nice and close around you. Now, with your eyes closed, begin to sense the Money Flow Stream that is all around you. See if it has a color, or a shape, or a sound. It doesn’t have to have any of those things, but for some people, it helps them visualize. Is it an energy blob, or a mist? Maybe a ray of light. For me, I see it as a sort of two lane highway just above me and slightly to my left. I see the money energy flowing back and forth, probably because that’s what it’s doing in reality, as it goes from bank to bank all over the world.

One thing that will help you to see it clearly is to think of a one hundred dollar bill. The one with Ben Franklin on it. Here, here’s a picture of one:

Now see hundreds and thousands and millions of these one hundred dollar bills moving through the Money Flow Stream. I want you to see only hundred dollar bills, as that is the highest currency available in bill form (in the US, anyway. Please use the highest currency bill for your country) and I feel there’s no need to “look at” anything smaller. However they appear to be in the stream doesn’t really matter. They can be swirling around, they can be moving along the stream like I see them, flowing in two “lanes”, whatever works for you. Once you’ve got a clear vision of them, now we can move onto the fun part.

Etheric Maneuvers In The Dark

What I’m going to show you now is something that Stuart calls an “etheric exercise”. The etheric is the strong force energy that is very close to our bodies, at around an inch or less, around all parts of our physical selves. Now that you have a good visualization of the Money Flow Stream, imagine your “receiving hand”. This is your non-dominant hand, so if you’re right handed, this will be your left hand. The non-dominant side of you is the receptive, or in-flowing side, while the dominant side is the giving, or out-flowing side. See the etheric energy of this hand in your minds eye start to rise from off your leg. See that energy stretch up and into the Flow Stream. Once your “hand” has merged into the Flow Stream energy, make a slight cup with this “hand”, and begin to see the one hundred dollar bills hitting your cupped “hand” and flowing down your etheric arm, and into your body. Hold this position until you have “received” the amount of hundred dollar bills you want. If, for instance, you want to receive $5,000, then visualize 50 hundred dollar bills going down your etheric arm.

Once the amount you want has flowed into you, bring your etheric arm back down and into your physical arm. Take a couple of deep breaths and open your eyes. Say a prayer of gratitude for what you’ve just received, then stand up and stretch. One quick note about breathing here. When doing any of these techniques, I recommend breathing into your belly through your nose, nice and easy and out through your mouth, just as easy. Using this technique after you’ve done your Prosperity Gauge, and the Energy Perception method I wrote about, will really multiply your level of abundance and prosperity.

Advanced Grounding Techniques

Now that you are, hopefully, using the Prosperity Tool, I feel it’s time to talk with you about some more advanced grounding techniques. Again, if you haven’t read my post on grounding, I suggest that you read that first to get familiar with the basic idea and technique, so that you’ll understand what I’m talking about here.

In the Prosperity Tool post, I showed you how to ground your prosperity gauge, so that you can release any energy that is not yours from it, thereby increasing your personal level of prosperity, abundance and allowing. So, the question I get from most of my healing clients at this point is, “What else can I give a grounding cord to?” The answer is simple: Everything.

Everything can be grounded

On a daily basis, I ground my home, my computer, my car, the road I’m travelling; just to name a few of the regular ones. Because I’ve been doing this for 18 years, it’s become totally second nature for me to give items and people a grounding cord without any effort or thought. It didn’t take all 18 years to get to this level, believe me. It did take about 6 months of daily practice to get to the point where it became part of who and what I am, and since then the visualization of a grounding cord takes me about 2 seconds.

The next question I get asked is usually, “Why ground all these different things?” Well, the answer varies depending on what it is that you want to give a grounding cord to. I do this for my car, to keep everyone elses energy off of it, especially their “traffic paranoia” so that I’m not caught up in their accident patterns. I do the same thing on the road I’m travelling, to keep it clear of accidents ahead of me, and to help move the traffic along. For “road grounding”, visualize the road you are going to be on from your starting point to well past your destination, and give that entire stretch it’s own cord. This doesn’t take more than a couple of moments, and you can use a map if you’re not familiar with the route you’ll be on.

Grounding others and Non-infringement

This works wonders on crying babies. I get the most amazing looks and smiles from them. They’re so close to the Infinite energy that they just came from, and recognize when someone is there to help. I give them a cord and a psychic “hello” and they just giggle away. This has the same effect on barking dogs, though most animals are very well grounded on their own. It helps to eliminate the “owners” fear energy and gives the dog the opportunity to assess the situation from it’s own natural perspective, instead of through their “owners” stuff. Again, I get great looks from the dogs, as they see me with their own energy, usually followed by wagging tails and lolling tongues, wondering if I have a treat for them.

One thing I will say here, is that when I give a cord to a person, no matter what age, I ask them psychically for permission first. 99% of the time, this is greeted with a resounding “PLEASE!!” and I proceed. There is that 1% where I’ve gotten a “no thank you”, and left it at that. Non-infringement is mandatory here and it’s one of the tenets that Stuart Wilde was really adamant about in our training. Your offer of help and assistance is all you can really do. If they accept, then do what you can. If they reject it, then simply walk away. Remember, the key is being in neutrality and warm compassion for the person and the situation they find themselves in. There’s no judgement, and there’s no thought of trying to “save them”. That’s the ego talking, and it’ll get you into a ton of trouble if that’s the energy level you come from.

Advanced Techniques for Yourself

Now I want to tell you about some advanced techniques that you use on yourself. In my first grounding post, I showed you how to ground yourself at your first chakra. Along with grounding your root chakra and aura, you can also ground the rest of your chakras as well. Once you are at that place where you’ve set up your personal grounding cord, in your mind’s eye see it move up the interior of your body and have it attach to each chakra as it moves up. This is a powerful feeling. Having all of your chakras grounded at the same time allows you to release just that much faster.

Along with your chakras, you can also give your reproductive organs a grounding cord, and see it connecting from those organs to your main cord. This helps to relieve blocked energy and tension from those areas, and to get your female or male energy moving freely. Because we are sexually excited at all times, by our thoughts, the images we see everywhere, and the conversations we have or hear, this really brings an amazing amount of relief. Women, in particular, note how much better they feel when they use this technique on themselves. Considering the amount of sexual energy that is projected on women on a daily basis, this is not a surprise at all.

A grounded home, is a happy home

Giving your home it’s own grounding cord will not only help you, but anyone who lives in the same house. Along with doing the psychic healing with people, I have done a lot of home and office clearing through the years as well, and this is the first thing I do in that process. Simply locate the basic center of the space you want to ground, and place a cord there. If it’s your home, you can create one main cord in the center, and then have separate cords for each room, all connecting to the main one. I also ground my bed along with my bedroom. You are sleeping on it for 6 to 8 hours each night after all, and by grounding it and cleaning up the energy, you’ll get a better nights sleep.

If you work in an office type environment, give the building a main cord, and each office that you work in, or have to be in, it’s own cord that merges with the main one. I’d also have you ground your desk, chair and computer. I’ve done this for clients and have had them report back to me that their computer was the only one that didn’t get a virus that was going around the office, even though they were on the same network as everyone else. Nice.

As you can see, there are endless possibilities here. Look at the different aspects that you interact with in your life, and see what you think can benefit from having a grounding cord attached to it.
