Strange Universe Interview

This is my first radio interview with my spiritual and metaphysical brother, and one of my very best friends, Sean David Morton, on his Strange Universe radio show on Revolution Radio. This interview took place on June 5th, 2013. The sound gets a little weird on the commercial break and at the end of the interview, but other than that the sound is excellent. I hope you enjoy it and please leave me any comments or questions you have regarding what Sean and I talked about. =)

Conscious Energy Meditation

Conscious Energy Meditation

Conscious Energy Meditation

Hello my friends. I am very excited and extremely grateful to tell you all that I have completed my Conscious Energy Meditation guidebook, and that it is now available to everyone. I started creating this guidebook a while back as I have been asked many, many times to write down the meditation process I use, and the metaphysical techniques that I incorporate into my daily life. Mostly, this request has come from my Conscious Energy Healing clients, because through our healing sessions together, they’ve wanted to know what they could do on a daily basis to keep their energy flowing in the best way possible. I have told them how to do this particular meditation, and almost all of them said, “You should write a book on this.”

So, I did. In this guidebook, I’ve put together some of the very best self help and metaphysical techniques that are out there today, and I show you, in a very easy to understand way, how to incorporate the main meditation with each of these processes, so that you can get even more out of each one. That is one of the beautiful things about using the Conscious Energy Meditation – it enhances all other processes. Every technique that I’ve used along with the meditation has been better and more successful because I was coming from a clean, clear and powerful energy space.

Once you start using this meditation, you’ll be truly amazed at how much positive energy you’ll have at your command. The clarity and focus that you’ll experience is simply amazing. Your level of awareness; of yourself, your surroundings, and everything about your life, will increase dramatically. Through this meditation, you’ll begin to allow yourself to have more insight and fulfillment than ever before. It truly is that profound. This is one of the main things that I’ve learned over the years that I am continuously and supremely grateful for. It has radically changed my life for the better, and I know it will do the same for you.

P.S. I’ve added 3 powerful bonuses along with the guidebook, that will help you immeasurably. Be sure to check it out.

The Tree of Good Feeling

While working with one of my healing clients, an idea came to me to help better explain how the principle of, as Abraham advises, “reaching for better feeling thoughts”, actually gets us where we want to go. The analogy I saw in my vision is of a tree. If you think of a tree, you see a strong, sturdy trunk with many branches evolving into even more branches and finally ending in either leaves, flowers or fruit.

The way this was shown to me, the trunk represents your core belief; in this case, your belief in your happiness and your ability to give yourself happiness and feel good. The stronger that belief, the larger the trunk of the tree. Obviously, if your belief is not that strong, then the trunk of your ‘tree of good feeling’ will be correspondingly small and slight. Now even with a small tree, you can still find your way to happiness, but it won’t be as plentiful as with a big tree, and you won’t feel it as intensely and abundantly.

What you want to do is to get your level of belief in yourself and your happiness so strong, that you have a continuously larger and larger trunk. When this happens, you will have more and more branches. Each branch representing another circumstance of your happiness. One branch is your job, lets say, and each successive branching off this main branch shows you the different types of good feelings you get from your job. There’s the “I like my job” branch, then the “I like and enjoy my co-workers” branch, and so on. You get the idea.

Tree of Good Feeling

Tree of Good Feeling

By looking at the separate, yet combined and attached, branches of each aspect of your life, you can begin to see how you can create new branches of happiness at will, by looking where each branch takes you and adding on new branches as you find the new happiness there. I see this as a great way of showing yourself the abundance of happiness you actually do have in your life, and by looking at it in this way, you then bring in even more happiness in all ways.

You can use this imagery for any aspect of your life to see how abundant that aspect is. Use it to see how much love is in your life at this moment, and how much peace, and joy, and well-being, and prosperity. Anything and everything can be applied to this process and you’ll get immediate understanding of where you are at with each of them. May your Tree be evergreen in all ways. =)

Welcome to the Second Level: Part 3

Today I want to talk with you about an interesting level of duality. So what do I mean by interesting? Well, so far in my previous posts on duality (here and here), we’ve looked at the either/or nature of duality and how we have to deal with one or the other. Now, I want to get into two areas where the duality is not so cut and dry. Where the duality is more of a perception than an actuality.

Action and Non-action

At first, these appear to be like any other type of duality that we deal with. It’s when you look deeper into what is really going on that you then see that something is different here. Something has definitely changed with respect to the either/or concept. Let me give you an example. If you are running, that is an action. If you stop running, that too is an action and you could say that it’s a non-action because you are no longer in the act of running. While that is true in the sense that you are not running, it is not true in the sense that you are no longer taking action.

This is where it gets into deeper territory on a metaphysical level. When you look at it from this level, you see that everything we do is an action. No matter how you want to phrase it, or look at it or conceive of it, everything is an action. There is, in fact, no time at which we are not in the process of being in an action. This is where the bonds of duality start to slip. There is no up/down, in/out type of duality when talking about action. There is only the single face of it. By understanding this concept, it gives us the ability to see deeper into who and what we are, and to realize that all we do is action. So, where does this action come from?

To Be, Or Not To Be

While that’s not necessarily the question (apologies to the Bard) it does bring us to another level of concept where duality goes sideways. The concept is choices and decisions and the ones we make. Just like with actions, at first it appears to have duality insofar as we either decide (choose) do to something or not. However, once we again look deeper into it we find that everything we do is based on a choice/decision and even when we choose/decide not to do something, we still have made a choice/decision.

We cannot escape making decisions. Ever. Indeed, while the choices we make will have the concept of duality embedded in them (all choices are basically either/or choices) we cannot stop making choices and decisions. Just like action, decision-making is never ending. There is only one side to it. Can you see what I mean by this? Do you start to get some of what this implies as to how we can live our lives in a clearer way?

You see, to be or not to be actually is the question. Because everything is your choice and your actions are dictated by those choices and decisions, by acknowledging that you are in a constant state of deciding and action taking, your personal responsibility for yourself comes to the forefront. Once you realize this and that you are indeed the master of your life, you can now make better decisions, and consequently, take better actions that will help you to become better in all aspects of your life.

Making A Positive Choice

Sit in meditation and look at your decisions and the actions that you’ve taken. Do this as neutrally as possible and simply see how you have made certain choices and done certain things. There is no right or wrong here and definitely no blame. There is only what is. Notice how many of your decisions were made from a negative emotional space and how many were from a positive space. See how the ones that came from the positive space have benefited you greatly and how the ones made from the negative space have been anywhere from annoying to truly devastating.

When you look at these decisions and actions from this neutral space, you see that you are the only creator in your life. You see how you are the only one who can make a decision or take an action for yourself from whatever emotional stance you wish. Now you can become a truly aware architect of your life. May you choose wisely. =)

Bright Blessings.

Law of Attraction – Methods and Techniques: Part 3

In this last part, I want to talk with you about what I believe is the number one thing that you have to have, use, feel, and be if you truly want to manifest anything in your life. To this end, I want to tell you two stories about how I came to understand this particular idea that completely changed how I view, not only my life and how I live it, but everything.

To begin, I need to go back to 1973 when I was 15 years old, and had first developed my own metaphysical philosophy. I had just started exploring the writings of every known metaphysician of the time, and allowing myself to understand my abilities, even if I wasn’t “in control” of them as yet. While the majority of the books were beyond dull for the most part and written in stylistic language, I got the concepts of what they were saying. Combining that with the various ideas from the science fiction books I constantly read, I came up with my first true belief system. Others along the way have also written of this concept, but as far as I know I’m the only one who looks at it in this particular way.

My concept is simple. I think of Source Energy, The Divine, God, All That Is (what ever you choose to call it) as a diamond of infinite size with infinite facets. Each facet is a life, or life time. We look out through a facet and observe and experience “our life”. Because we are only looking through one facet, we are limited in what we can see and experience. By using metaphysical techniques such as meditation, we can actually turn our “mind’s eyes” inward and see that indeed, we are all one thing. That we are aspects of Source Energy, which is experiencing itself through our experiences.

For years, I thought that this philosophy was fairly complete and I didn’t see the need to add or subtract anything from it. Even the Native Americans had a saying for what I believed. The Lakotah say “Mitakuye Oyasin!” which means “We are all related”. And they mean related to everything. They pray to the animals, and the plants and the insects and stars and everything and call them “brothers” and “sisters”. I fell in love with the Lakotah way and incorporated their beliefs and teachings into my daily life. Then, a few months ago, everything changed.

I had an epiphany. I’m talking about one in the true dictionary definition of the word. Merriam-Webster’s third definiton is the one I mean:

3 a (1): a usually sudden manifestation or perception of the essential nature or meaning of something (2): an intuitive grasp of reality through something (as an event) usually simple and striking (3): an illuminating discovery, realization, or disclosure b: a revealing scene or moment

Indeed, this was something that was both simple and striking and it gave me an even deeper insight into the nature of everything. I was petting our cat Squeak; enjoying his company and the trilling sounds he makes when he’s really happy and being grateful for his presence, when words came to me that I had never spoken before. I looked at him and said, “Thank you for sharing your life with me.”

The energy and impact of those words reverberate through me to this day. Allowing myself the understanding and true meaning of that simple sentence changed how I perceived everything. It not only drove home in a much deeper way our connection to all things we consider “living”, but to ALL THINGS THAT ARE!

We use the term “inanimate” because to our eyes, certain objects are not moving. Physics says everything vibrates and moves, even if it takes sophisticated scientific equipment to see the actual vibration. You see, it’s always a question of our perspective. We tend to see and experience only what we allow ourselves to “see”. Once we let ourselves truly see, then we widen our perspective and can experience even more of this life.

This simple sentence allowed me to experience a sense of gratitude deeper than I’ve ever felt in my life. I became instantly aware of the living presence that is everything. I came to the realization that everything that is in my experience was sharing it’s experience and “life” with me. From the computer desk where I write this, to the newly sprouted weeds in the backyard, to everything you can name; it’s all sharing it’s life with me, right here, right now.

Since that day, I carry with me an immense feeling of deep gratitude for everything that is. I constantly say “thank you for sharing your life with me” to everything around me. I am so profoundly grateful for everything I am, everything I was, everything I will be and for everything I experience, whether that be an object, a person or a situation.

Once you start to incorporate this idea into your life, your perspective will change as well. How you perceive and experience everything will change. Once you come to the realization that this is the main thing that is happening all around us; that everything in our experience is sharing it’s life with you, your level of gratitude will absolutely soar! If you know this, feel this, BELIEVE this, everything else will fall into place. Even if you do nothing else in your life, this simple act will increase your abundance on all levels. By understanding that we are all here together; that there is no real separation; that everything is ONE! then you will have aligned yourself with Source Energy in such a powerful way that everything you want and desire cannot help but be made manifest in your experience.

This is, in my humble opinion, the most powerful thought, act, way of being that will improve every aspect of your life. By having this level of gratitude for all things in your life, you are in reality saying “I love you” to all that is. Nothing is more powerful than that. Nothing is more fulfilling than that. Nothing is more sacred than that.

Thank you for sharing your life with me.

I love you.
