Three steps to Changing or Creating anything in your life

This is a small excerpt from my forth-coming book on energy meditation. Enjoy!

“The first thing that happens in any creative process, whether that process is designed to manifest something in your life or to change something in your life, is that a decision has to be made. You have to decide what you want, or want to change. This decision includes the parameters of what the change/creation will look like, feel like, etc. Nothing happens until you decide you want it to happen. Once you’ve made the decision and decided what the specifics of it are, then you can move on to the second step.

The next part of this process is belief. You have to believe many things in order to achieve what you’ve decided you want. You have to believe, first and foremost, that it’s possible. If you don’t believe it’s possible to have what you want, all the decisions in the world will not make it so. Secondly, you have to believe it’s ok to have what you want. You can believe it’s possible to have it, but if it’s not ok for you to have it, it’ll never happen. This includes believing that you deserve what you want. This is you giving yourself permission to have.

Then you have to believe that you can have what you want easily and cleanly. You can believe it’s ok to have it and that it’s possible to have it and that you deserve to have it, but if you believe you have to struggle to get it or that it’s hard to achieve, then it’ll take forever to get it and you’ll wish you hadn’t decided you wanted that particular thing, because of all the hassle and grief you went through to get it.

Lastly, once you’ve made the decision, and you’ve gotten your beliefs about it in order, you have to be willing to allow yourself to have it. Without the willingness to change, or the willingness to let yourself have what you want, you will throw up huge resistances to achieving it. This is where the fun begins, because now you get to look inside yourself and see what is blocking you from being willing to have what you want. What form is the fear inside you taking that is causing the blockage?

I’ve seen this over and over again in my healing clients, as they go through the process of deciding and believing and then not manifesting because they were not willing to either have what they want, or to let go of something they are holding onto that no longer serves them, or both. Once you can clean that up, and using C.E.M. will help you do just that, then you can be willing to allow yourself to have more and more of what you truly want and to make any and all changes that you’ve been wanting to make.”

It may take some time and some practice, but once you’ve gotten it down, you’ll become unstoppable in manifesting anything and everything that you want. So…

Make the Decision,
Have the Belief,
Be Willing to allow it,

And it is yours. =)

The Power of Perception in a Fast-Changing World

Spiritual Tactics You Need to Know—Where to Go, What to Do

Stuart Wilde is presenting one of his acclaimed, life-changing weekend workshops, in Las Vegas, NV, September 4th-6th, 2009.

The weekend will offer you an intense training in the power of perception, so you can learn to see the Morph, which Stuart says is the best way of staying safe and being able to intuit “what to do and where to go” in turbulent times.

There is no hard and fast recipe for everyone, for the information you seek is deep inside you. There is hidden glory in there, and the spiritual guiding systems inside of you know every minute detail of you and what you actually need, and that comes through to you gradually in what SW calls “pure information”.

Welcome to the Second Level: Part 3

Today I want to talk with you about an interesting level of duality. So what do I mean by interesting? Well, so far in my previous posts on duality (here and here), we’ve looked at the either/or nature of duality and how we have to deal with one or the other. Now, I want to get into two areas where the duality is not so cut and dry. Where the duality is more of a perception than an actuality.

Action and Non-action

At first, these appear to be like any other type of duality that we deal with. It’s when you look deeper into what is really going on that you then see that something is different here. Something has definitely changed with respect to the either/or concept. Let me give you an example. If you are running, that is an action. If you stop running, that too is an action and you could say that it’s a non-action because you are no longer in the act of running. While that is true in the sense that you are not running, it is not true in the sense that you are no longer taking action.

This is where it gets into deeper territory on a metaphysical level. When you look at it from this level, you see that everything we do is an action. No matter how you want to phrase it, or look at it or conceive of it, everything is an action. There is, in fact, no time at which we are not in the process of being in an action. This is where the bonds of duality start to slip. There is no up/down, in/out type of duality when talking about action. There is only the single face of it. By understanding this concept, it gives us the ability to see deeper into who and what we are, and to realize that all we do is action. So, where does this action come from?

To Be, Or Not To Be

While that’s not necessarily the question (apologies to the Bard) it does bring us to another level of concept where duality goes sideways. The concept is choices and decisions and the ones we make. Just like with actions, at first it appears to have duality insofar as we either decide (choose) do to something or not. However, once we again look deeper into it we find that everything we do is based on a choice/decision and even when we choose/decide not to do something, we still have made a choice/decision.

We cannot escape making decisions. Ever. Indeed, while the choices we make will have the concept of duality embedded in them (all choices are basically either/or choices) we cannot stop making choices and decisions. Just like action, decision-making is never ending. There is only one side to it. Can you see what I mean by this? Do you start to get some of what this implies as to how we can live our lives in a clearer way?

You see, to be or not to be actually is the question. Because everything is your choice and your actions are dictated by those choices and decisions, by acknowledging that you are in a constant state of deciding and action taking, your personal responsibility for yourself comes to the forefront. Once you realize this and that you are indeed the master of your life, you can now make better decisions, and consequently, take better actions that will help you to become better in all aspects of your life.

Making A Positive Choice

Sit in meditation and look at your decisions and the actions that you’ve taken. Do this as neutrally as possible and simply see how you have made certain choices and done certain things. There is no right or wrong here and definitely no blame. There is only what is. Notice how many of your decisions were made from a negative emotional space and how many were from a positive space. See how the ones that came from the positive space have benefited you greatly and how the ones made from the negative space have been anywhere from annoying to truly devastating.

When you look at these decisions and actions from this neutral space, you see that you are the only creator in your life. You see how you are the only one who can make a decision or take an action for yourself from whatever emotional stance you wish. Now you can become a truly aware architect of your life. May you choose wisely. =)

Bright Blessings.

Advanced Grounding Techniques – Part 2

Hello everyone. Today I want to give you another Advanced Grounding Technique that I have seen help countless clients, family and friends to reduce their fear, stress and anxiety levels dramatically.

If you have not read my previous posts on grounding, be sure to read them first so that you are familiar with the terms and main techniques. You can find the first one here: Staying Grounded… and the second one here: Advanced Grounding Techniques Once you’ve gotten the previous techniques down, then come back to this post.

Ok, so you have your body, chakras and aura grounded. You’re in your place of power in the center of your head, and you’re relaxed and calm. Now is a great time to use the next technique. This one involves your negative emotions and the pictures in your memory that causes those emotions to come up. Whenever we think about a past experience, whether positive or negative, the first thing that happens is we “see” a picture of the event in our mind’s eye. Then, based on our feelings and the experience we had at that time, we then express an emotion about that picture.

Everyone does this, and we do it all the time. There is not any time when we do not feel an emotion about a past experience, unless you have really trained yourself to be in neutrality, and you are able to look at your life experiences from that neutral space. Suffice it to say that the majority of people have not trained themselves in that fashion, so they are indeed feeling an emotion about their past. Ok, so you think of a past experience and have an emotion about it. The question then becomes, “How does this effect me?”

You have all had the experience of thinking about a memory that was not pleasant and then having negative emotions come up about that experience. For some, these emotions can become overwhelming due to the nature of the memory and what took place. I have helped many people that suffer panic/anxiety attacks and found that they all are going through this process in an extreme way. Something triggers a memory of a “bad time” and they go into panic mode. As anyone who has suffered such an attack can tell you, it’s completely debilitating. Most people practically freeze in place; their bodies are completely overwhelmed by the fear emotion and they cannot hardly breathe, much less move.

The Technique

As with anything in life, each of us feels these things to varying degrees, but the main point is that the negative emotions do not feel good. You can change that now, by utilizing this process and letting those fear based emotions go. Just like I talked about in the first Advanced Grounding Techniques post, you can give a grounding cord to basically anything, as we are dealing with energy, and energy can be manipulated to work for you on any level. This technique is just as easy and simple as the others are. When you remember something that causes you to feel a negative emotion, see in your minds eye the picture that is there and give that picture it’s own grounding cord. Once you’ve set up the cord to the center of the earth, set it on release and see all the negative emotions associated with that picture being released down the cord.

While this is happening, forgive yourself for whatever brought that memory up to your consciousness; also forgive yourself for the original situation you found yourself in. Be thankful and grateful for what the experience taught you, and let it go with love and peace. Remember, there really are only two emotions. At any given time, you are either feeling love or fear. All the emotions we have labels for fit into one of those two main categories. As Abraham says, you really only have two choices: To feel better or to feel worse.

Depending on how intense the feeling is for the particular memory you’re reviewing, you may feel immediate relief on a huge level, or you may just feel calmer than you did when the memory came up. There is no right or wrong way to feel when you do this. Any relief is a good thing. For most situations, you may only need to ground the picture one time to let the negative energy go. If you have a greater attachment to the memory, it may require a few times to get it to the point where you don’t have the negative emotions bombard you whenever you think about that picture.

By doing this process when you are in a calm, relaxed state to begin with, you can let go a lot more as there is little to no resistance inside yourself. You can also do this “on the fly”, as it were, when something comes up for you. Find a place where you can sit down for a few minutes and ground yourself and the picture the best you can. Get as centered as possible and try to allow the release to happen. Don’t worry if you don’t feel like you were able to ground it when the emotion first hits if you are not in a place to do so comfortably. Just tell the emotion that you’ll deal with it later. I’ve seen that work amazingly well on many occasions. Once you are in your safe environment, no matter where that is, go through the process as I’ve laid it out and re-set a new grounding cord on that picture.

The more you practice these techniques, the better you will feel overall. By the very act of consciously letting go of the negative emotions, forgiving yourself and being at peace with what was, you are telling yourself that you want to feel more good emotions in your life. Because that becomes your predominant thought and feeling, you bring to yourself better feeling thoughts and experiences. As you do that, you will find that you can accomplish more in, and with, your life.

Please leave a comment to let us know your experiences with this or if you have any questions.

Deep Peace,

Ross – “Tolemac”
